Very impressed with this location and the staff here are incredible! We needed a storage unit and parking space very last minute and Piraveen and Max took their time to ensure we were well taken care of, happy with the options, and even stayed late to help us confirm registration so we could move our items into storage right away.
After calling every storage facility we could think of, this is the only location where we received excellent customer service. would highly recommend this location and to speak with Piraveen and Max as they are very helpful.

My wife and I got our stuff all the way from Niagara and almost all storage units were closed but this unit was almost about to close and usually they need 1 hour lead time but they WERE MOST GRACIOUS we were panicking and quite helpless we couldn't go back all the way to Niagara and we were really really rescued by Praveen and his team. Praveen helped us with quick onboarding .. locating the unit .. helping us ABOVE AND BEYOND. I have a leg problem and temporarily he gave me a place to sit because it was cold truly truly grateful

No wonder this place has such a high rating

I had a great experience at Public Storage on Hobson Avenue. Max was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole storage setup very easy and smooth. The customer service was excellent, and he was friendly and patient with all my questions. The facility is clean, well organized, and feels secure. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage and great service. Thanks again Max!

Have been renting here for about a month and i was asked for a feedback by a staff member with the same name as myself we chuckled about it and here i am. This is one of the greatest public storage facilities due to its location which feels tucked away into a cozy neighbourhood and safe. The staff is just the greatest, it’s always great smiles and acknowledgment. They seem to remember faces and names which makes you feel known. If you’re looking for storage and you land on this location no need to look any further. Thank you Max for renting to me, answering all my questions, for the exceptional service while still being warm. 10 stars out of 5!

This review is long overdue.
To say that the team at this particular location are anything short of incredible is an understatement.
I have had the pleasure of working with them and have felt so supported with my fears and anxiety about my storage unit.
Time and again they are confident in reassuring me that the premises is safe and are always patient whilst doing so.

The environment within the office is such that I find myself hanging around for a chat long after my work is finished within the unit and am never felt to be a bother.

I send my greatest thanks to this team and am so happy to have found you!

Thank you again and I will forever recommend this location for anyone requiring storage needs.

Second unit today with Hobson Avenue absolutely love Max and Natasha. Won't be storing where I brought my stuff over from. These guys are great, friendly and so informative. No hidden charges and many options to prepay to keep the price you come in at to avoid increases. Thank you Max and Natasha for you courteous service you guys are the best.

Natasha and Max made everything simple and easy to understand. A tour of the facilities (Hobson location) was provided, including an explanation on the procedures to follow when entering and exiting the compound. Both staff were very friendly and professional answering all my questions when asked. It was a pleasure interacting with them.

Max and Natasha are the greatest two working at this location. I have been renting here for sometime. They are always on the property checking in on their tenants and conversing making sure we are all well taken care of. I would not leave this location for any other location or a different company. It's because I won't find a Max and Natasha there. Well done Public Storage for these two. They are great Managers of this property. 10 star service.
