Grace made the entire experience stress-free and an absolute treat. From the online booking process to a facility tour, up and through the paperwork and gaining access to my storage unit. Cannot recommend this location high enough. Beyond the strength of the security, the staff (Grace) give great comfort in keeping the process simple and straightforward.

I had to find a storage unit for work last minute, and finding available space was definitely a challenge. Thankfully, the managers at this location, Eric and Grace, were incredibly helpful!

As someone who had never rented a storage unit before, I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were in walking me through the paperwork and explaining the process. They made everything easy and stress-free.

I would give 100 stars if I could!

I had a great experience with Public Storage in Liberty Village. I rented a locker for about two months and everything went smoothly without any issues. Eric and Andrew were very friendly and helpful when I first came in to get my locker set up. They made the whole process easy and stress-free.

I had a last minute move and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find an affordable storage unit in time. Thankfully, Grace, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to help me. She got everything set up quickly, and the entire process took less than 20 minutes from the moment I arrived. She also helped me take advantage of a great promotional deal, which made the experience even better. Grace’s professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful that everything worked out. Thank you, Grace, for the outstanding customer service!

Clean, recently-built and accessible building with good seasonal promotion offer. Shout out to Eric who is very friendly and a wonderful help, showing around the building and available storage unit options. He patiently went through the full procedure and responded to all the questions we had. Great location for renting storage units!

I didn’t get to ask him his name but her wore glasses. He as well was kind. Thank you all at public storage liberty village location for your support. Cheers!

Eric was super awesome!! He made my experience very easy, he is very knowledgeable and was very clear on all my options. It’s been a very long time since I’ve received great customer service in the city. I am trying to remember the name of the other customer service representative, she was very sweet lady and both were very kind and easy to talk. Thank you both for a great experience.

Rented a unit for 6 months at the Liberty Village Public Storage without any issues. The location was very convenient, staff was always friendly and attentive to our needs, and the unit we had was clean and had good illumination.

Liberty Village if I could give a minus zero I would do so happily. Terrible customer service from the management team, no response to my emails to their corporate head office. Spent thousands here and was treated with no respect. If I showed you the email I received from someone named Eric and some of these other workers that are probably being being directed to email me, you would be appalled! I wanted to advise to try a different location or brand!

Eric, Grace and the team are pretty great. I’ve rented here for the last 9 years and zero complaints. Secure, accessible & reliable is what you want for storage. Wait for a deal if you can!

Had a great experience with Eric who made the rental process very smooth and convenient. My movers are scheduled for early in the morning on Friday and he offered to get everything ready on the Thursday night so everything is ready the next morning. Super helpful and friendly

Great service from the Jefferson Public Storage location a few weeks ago. Eric took his time to show us the unit/loading spot and reviewed rental details in detail, with a friendly attitude the whole time. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience setting up my first storage locker. Susy helped me with all the practical aspects and set up my insurance policy the day my rental started, and she showed me to my unit and where my movers would have to go. Made the entire process so easy.
