Rented a storage unit here for a while and they were amazing. Super patient with us when choosing the size of our unit, always friendly and helpful and clean environment. Even when we finished renting, they called and told us that we left a bedrail tucked inside the edge around the door. Asked if we wanted to retrieve it or give permission to toss it. Would definitely recommend or use again if needed.

My dad has stored his boat here for years. Great customer service. I just purchased a parking spot to sell my vehicle. Steve and Toni were great. Answered any questions I had before I asked! Friendly and super knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone for any storage needs big or small!

Lovely experience here at this location. The folks here are friendly and great to work with.

They helped me both in letting me park a trailer in a slightly undersized spot and then told me about a larger one that was coming open.

Nothing but great things to say about Storage Mart in Belleville. Very clean and the staff are amazing ! Steve and Toni could not be more friendly or helpful if they tried. I wanted to share a very positive review as I have such wonderful things to say about StorageMart. My family and I had a very good experience while our items were stored at this facility. The area and units are clean and well maintained. I was also pleased with security measures in place to protect my locker and items. The units are spacious and they offer multiple sizes. The most important thing I can comment on is the wonderful staff. Both Toni and Steve are incredible people and I thoroughly enjoyed stopping in to say hi each month. They go above and beyond to help, accommodate and treat you with kindness. Two wonderful stories I can share is that Toni helped me with amazing advice when proposing to my wife which I will always be forever grateful for. Another story was the time when Steve stayed well past closing time to help me with a frozen lock on my unit. The reason I am writing these stories into the review is so that readers will know that the staff at StorageMart truly care about the customers and will treat you like family. Wherever you live, it is worth the trip to StorageMart in Belleville.

After signing up with a promotion online.. I agreed to a monthly payment of 262.00 per month. Since then they have steadily increased my monthly payments.. it is now 362.00 one year later. They have you hostage and they know it. I do not recommend this company. 0 stars.

Even the woman on the answering service was delightful.
They helped me understand how to operate things and were very friendly and efficient.

Absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever received! We were in a bit of a time crunch with our move. Our new house’s move-in date overlapped with our closing and we needed a storage unit fast. The owner (I believe) was amazing from the moment we walked in. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel totally taken care of. He helped us find the perfect size unit and got everything set up for us that same day! You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and informed. The price was more than fair, and the whole process was so smooth. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you again for such a great experience! 😊😊

The move in was easy. Staff were friendly, helpful and thorough in getting us set up. The unit was very clean and dry. The floor of the unit was a few inches higher than the ground, so I feel confident that my stuff will keep dry.

It’s not the first time that we have needed a storage unit, but is certainly the best we have experienced.
