The price is right and there's street parking right outside the gate if desired. The halls have plenty of light, and the doorways are large so I never need to struggle. It's a great addition for apartment living. I wish I'd found this sooner - I was misled by high prices for storage places in town. Staff are super friendly too.

I have been using a storage unit for a while and it’s been a very positive experience. The facilities and units are very well kept and clean, well-lit and easily accessible. The reception has great customer service and the staff is polite and knowledgeable. The service is impeccable and helpful. The units are secure, safe and I appreciate greatly the access hours. Adam’s storage was a life saver.
I was moving to the lower mainland and needed a place to store my belongings.
I tried a few storage facilities and no one else had any availability or there prices were way to high for the size of locker that I needed.
The staff here were able to accommodate my needs and get me into a locker big enough for a reasonable price.
The facility is clean and easily accessible and the staff are always friendly and polite.
I definitely recommend them.

Adams storage Langford is a well run facility.
Its location is ideal, the staff are exceptional in communication and service. It is safe and secure when you visit and when away.
It also is incredibly reasonable and the storage units are designed well to ensure everything you store is well maintained. I cannot speak more highly of my experience. I am very thankful.

I’ve had an exceptional experience with Adams oh yeah, I think she wants some food cause I don’t think it’s like it’s good when it gets I think she’s OK with her. I think you should dump that soggy food and get a fresh food. storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Easy access, fair pricing, and peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe—I couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend!

I booked online, had my tour within a short period after, had automatic billing set up, and a few different options for insurance. I enjoy the gates are open with the business, and the code is far better than some places with stars and number signs. Friendly service, pretty affordable given the location. I highly recommend.

Great staff, convenient location and hours, well-managed, and lots of size/price options for short or long-term storage. I had to merge two lockers into one larger one and the process was super easy, staff were really helpful and took the time to discuss what type of unit would work best for my needs, how billing would transfer, etc. so there were no surprises on moving day. They have an on-site caretaker and cameras inside the indoor storage building, which is nice. I feel safe going there on my own and accessing my things even after-hours.

Clean, accessible, organised, quite a few size options available, approachable staff, good communications. 24 hr security. Close daily around five but you can access after hours if you make arrangements.We were paying approx. $110/ month for a 5×5×10 storage closet and we decided to make room at home and save the monthly expense. Would have stayed on if price were a bit lower. Would use them again though.
