BY ALL MEANS DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I HAD A RESERVATION TODAY FOR AN IN TOWN AND WANTED TO CHANGE FOR A 1 WAY. THIS LADY THAT I SPOKE TO IS VERY RUDE! MAKES YOU FEEL THAT SHE DOESNT WANT TO HELP YOU OR THAT IT IS REALLYAND EXTREMELY HARD TO CHANGE THE RESERVATION. THIS IS LIKE CALLING AT EARLY IN THE MORNING. IMAGINE I WAS JUST TALKING TO HER ON THE PHONE AND GIVING ME ATTITUDE, WHAT MORE IF YOU ACTUALLY GO THERE FOR THE TRUCK! LADY IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT!! OR GO HOME AND GET SOME SLEEP! COME BACK TO WORK WHEN YOU ARE NO LONGER MISERABLE!!

Got charged a late fee even before receiving the actual bill. Called U-Haul to complain and was told it was a mistake and they would take it off. So went and made the payment. A month later received a collections letter demanding the late fee payment? Have sought legal counsel to fix this problem which I didn't even cause. Stay away from this company and this location. Total rip-offs and scam artists.

I've rented twice the past month and have been very pleased both instances. First rental was done online and everything was ready as ordered. Second was walk-in and again I was in and out quickly. When you need a van or truck for moving this is a great place.
