When I saw my dog was still not doing well after a few days, I decided to call the clinic and was very appreciative when I heard a doctor could see my dog Ralph the same day. Erin and Dr Meredith were super nice and friendly. They listened to our story and did their best to accommodate our needs. I was told to not hesitate to get in touch if Ralph does not get better in the following days. Made me feel secure in their care and support. Thanks to all!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Eric Marcuzzi and the entire team for the wonderful care provided to Buster during his surgery.

This was a difficult and emotional experience for me, and I truly appreciated the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown every step of the way. Knowing that Buster was in such caring and capable hands brought me great comfort.

I explained to my 21 year old son why I drive 45 minutes to Cranberry Animal Hospital in Kemptville. He joined me on the trip and I talked about how thorough, friendly and accommodating they are. As usual we had the same amazing experience with top service, which was no surprise. Meeting Dr. Caroline was an added bonus. She was a fountain of information and really helped answer all my questions. She took her time with Parker and he just loved her. Another wonderful appointment!! Thank you!!!

We are always so appreciative of the care we receive from the staff at Cranberry Hill. We have had 6 golden retrievers over the years and have always trusted them implicitly. They really are just part of the family.

We brought our 2-year-old standard poodle to Cranberry Hill Vet Hospital after he became very lethargic and was refusing to eat or drink. The team was incredibly attentive and thorough from the moment we arrived. They ran several tests, took our concerns seriously, and quickly put a plan in place.
He was diagnosed with a tick-borne disease and started on antibiotics and pain medication. Within 24 hours, we could already see small but encouraging improvements.
We’re extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the veterinarians and staff. It’s such a relief to feel confident your pet is in good hands during a scary situation. Thank you to the entire Cranberry Hill team.

All the staff are so amazing! My super sized staffie needed surgery last week. From helping to get a stoned dog out of the car, the care before, during and after the surgery as well as helping getting a still stoned dog back in to the car, we couldn't be happier.

Awesome recent visit to Cranberry Hill. Our almost 12 year old Golden Retriever is suffering from kidney disease and we asked for an appointment at short notice. The staff welcoming us were great and Dr. Caroline was so wonderful with our sweet girl. She had a magic touch and Haley responded so well to her. The advice we were given was most helpful, as was the detailed report we received post visit. Thanks so much to the team!

Katina is always treated very well every time we go to this vet clinic. This time, she needed an injection of long lasting painkiller (lasts one month) and a refill for two other medication’s. They were out of one medication, which she can’t afford to miss one dose… ordering her medication would’ve taken too long. The vet tech offered to have the prescription sent to my pharmacy so she wouldn’t miss a dose. Something that had never been offered before. It is such a great idea! This way, my beloved cat of 18 years, will not suffer for the belated medication. 😃
Thank you SO much for putting the welfare of my cat before all else!!! 🥰

We’ve been bringing our three dogs and cat to Cranberry Hill Animal Hospital for many years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve received. The entire team is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure our pets are comfortable and well cared for. It’s clear they genuinely love animals and treat each one as if they were their own.

Even though we live in Barrhaven, the drive is absolutely worth it for the quality of service and peace of mind we get here. Highly recommend Cranberry Hill to anyone looking for a trusted veterinary clinic!
