After an extremely stressful experience with our terrible first contractor who was hired by my unbelievable insurance adjuster, (who made everything even more difficult) ServiceMaster was an absolute game changer. From day one John Campbell from the Dartmouth office was very professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, solve the issues that were left undone by the first contractor and completed the work to a very high standard.
The communication was excellent, timelines were respected and he made the remainder of the work to be done manageable and stress free.
I can’t say enough good things about John and his team who gave us peace of mind during a very difficult time. If you are looking for a restoration company that truly cares and delivers what they promise this is the company. Thank you again John you truly have earned a 5 star rating.

Words can't truly express how grateful we are to the Service Master team. The patience, care and compassion shown to us by Kelly, Floyd, Dawn and the rest of the team as they helped us clean out our father's home after his passing, is something we will never forget. This was not just a get in and get out job. They meticulously went through everything to ensure we didn’t miss anything of significance. We were so impressed with the house when they were finished and the constant communication when we weren’t able to be on site. We will forever be grateful. Thank you!

ServiceMaster handled my case after being contracted by my insurance company for a pack-out and storage of items. They were punctual, very responsive, and friendly. The pack-out team and office staff were
helpful and prompt to answer my questions. The delivery team was fast and efficient in returning my items after being stored for several months. They packed all my items carefully and handled them well, and I received all my items in excellent condition. I would fully recommend ServiceMaster and thank the team for their great work!

A while back, a family member passed away suddenly in our home. The owner of the home decided to hire Service Master to clean the small apartment she was living in. They removed some furniture, and a few small items that were fabric. Two people that live in our house did quite a bit of work to tidy up the apartment. They actually did most of the cleaning so that the bill wouldn't be too high. Service master came back, and I'm not really sure what they did while there all day. There were still splatters of liquids on the walls, cobwebs, and dust and dirt. The radiators were still filthy on the top. They obviously didn't do anything all day. When the bill came, it was approximately $2500...FOR WHAT??? Most of the cleaning was done by family. The homeowner wanted a professional cleaner for peace of mind. Service Master took advantage of someone during a very difficult time. I understand, there's a cost to getting things done. However, a toddler with a swiffer would've done a better cleaning job. It is a complete rip-off. I talked with other professional cleaners and they said it was over double what it should've been. Do yourself a favor, search around for the best deal. You're not gonna get it from Service Master.
