I recently had a leak in the foundation of our finished basement with water pouring through the crack after a rainfall, damaging the wooden floor in the basement. It was very distressing, and I had been told by the builders, it would be a complex time consuming process to get it repaired. I decided to phone Membranix myself and spoke to Kristi. She detected the desperation in my voice and told me not to worry. However, I was worried, as it was Friday ,and I felt nothing would be done during the weekend. Kristi arranged for the company to come after lunch to evaluate the situation. Much to my surprise, the company injected the crack and water tested from outside to verify that the repair sealed the crack.
Kristi went out of her way to reassure me and solve the problem the same day. I cannot say enough about the how my problem was handled quickly with professionalism, compassion, and reassurance. This company has an excellent well deserved reputation, and fully backs their product. I would strongly recommend this company for any foundation waterproofing or repairs.

I was so please with the job of filling in my inground pool , I have recommended Membranix to Friends. I would use Membranix again in a heartbeat.
The boys laid down plywood which help to keep the damage to the lawn minimal they cleaned up all of the garbage and took everything away, they swept & brushed all of the sand and dirt as best they could there was hardly any mess left after . Even though there were delays to the loads of fill they stayed on the job to complete the job in about 2 1/2 days . They always answered my emails or calls when I had questions I didn't have to wait weeks upon end for somebody to get back to me. The best service ever thank you and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas.
