My wife and I have been making wine with Broadway Brewing since September 1995. A few years after we started, a friend asked if he could join us, and shortly after that, a couple more friends also joined our group. This "group effort" has allowed us to make many more wines than we could have made on our own, and we have tasted and learned a lot about wine through our wine-making. For many years we have made all of the Limited Edition Specials, and have more recently branched out into other specialities of the house. Juhan is an excellent instructor, navigator, and wine specialist and has also become a good friend. In all this time, we have made only two wines that were not good, one was later removed from the list, and in both cases, Juhan replaced the batch free of charge. In our opinion, all the other wines we have made have ranged from good to excellent, a few of them in the superb category. Lately we are making more wines in the superb category!! In our view, Juhan, his wife and the staff of Broadway Brewing have all earned their high ratings with quality of product, excellent customer service, and consistently high standards.

My husband and I have been making wine at Broadway Brewing for over 15 years and we love it! The wine is great and the staff is fantastic. We have made several different kinds of wine and have yet to find one that we don't enjoy. The owner Juhan has been making wine for over 20 years and it shows. He can answer any question that you have about wine and has always been helpful when we are choosing a new wine to try. The staff at Broadway Brewing is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We live in Delta but it is worth it to drive to Vancouver to make our wine there. The shop is in Kitsilano with lots of great shops and restaurants nearby and they have parking at the back. We would highly recommend making your wine here.
