I just purchased a tempurpedic mattress set from Peter, the store manager. They had a great deal with 2 pillows and a mattress protector. The entire experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish. Peter expertly answered all my questions. We are thrilled with our purchase and would highly recommend this store to all our family and friends.

Just got one of the bowling ball beds from Peter and have to say best sleep I had in ages. He took his time and explained why I should go with a bit firmer feel as it was going to soften up. The drivers were good ran a bit behind due to long weekend traffic but called to let me know.
Wish they sold other things there as I need some appliances great service guys keep up the good work. Will defineately recommend some people to you.

Firt time in one of their mattress stores. We got a new Tempurpedic from them last month and what a difference it makes compared to our old bed. Shopped around and they had a very competitive price as it was on sale. Drivers showed up on time and took it upstairs and even set the frame up for my wife. Will need a spare room bed soon and will be going back to see them.

Love My new bed; it cost a few bucks, but You get what You pay for!! Peter was the best,very friendly and helpful.The sleep set that I bought; went on sale 3 weeks later,, I called Peter,and The Brick reimburised Me the difference,,either cash or credit. I would buy a used car of Peter if He sold cars.

I read what other said on here, but have found they were very helpful. My husband and I got a bed at 50% off not some fell of the truck mix and match deal.
We had to switch under the comfort guarantee in the first month. I was told I should look at getting the firm but I ordered the soft. My mistake. The bed was no longer on sale but the gave me the sale price and 3 days later had my new mattress was exchanged no hassle. Got both beds at 50% off! We have since sent relatives to buy a mattress from Peter.

Great price bought their Serta Perfect Sleeper pocket coil that they had on sale for 50% off. The guys that delivered it were awesome put their slippers on over the boots and put my frame together. Literally in and out in 10mins. Service was A+ start to finish.

I purchased a mattress. Peter and Kumar were so helpful when purchasing. Unfortunately, the mattress was too soft. I called them after a sleepless week. I was told to wait for another two weeks. I went in and picked out a new mattress. I called the following week, spoke to Peter and was told he would call me back. That was two weeks ago. They must have call display because I call and they don't answer. I leave messages but haven't received a call back. We're currently sleeping on our old mattress in the spare room. Oh, and to add salt to the wound - if I want another King it will cost me more....if I want to downsize to a queen it will also cost me more. Honestly, people...shop somewhere else! They're great until they make the sale but that's the extent of their customer service.

I recently purchased mattresses at the Taunton Rd. location in Oshawa. Winston was helpful and pleasant without being pushy. Thank you. The two young men who delivered my order on March 2 were super nice, friendly and efficient. They need to be encouraged and commended for a job well done. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names. But they delivered in Port Perry.
