It is our position that to be fit an individual must maximize their achievement and ability in these skills. To that end we will run, jump, climb, push, pull and drag with intensity and commitment. In Fitness routine is the enemy and variation is key. We offer numerous programs to meet every dedicated individuals needs, please see our "Getting Started" section for more information. <p> Check out our Kids Fitness Programs <p> World Class Fitness in 100 Words <p> * Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. * Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. * Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. I have done the CrossFit, Boxing and Boot Camp classes for awhile and was just not picking up a few of the more complicated lifts. My personal trainer Adam helped me out very quickly and now ...bring it on.
