Very professional and fast service! Everything is done electronically by email with detailed PDF quotes, invoices and receipts.
Laz was very thorough and did the job right with a somewhat complicated routing of the drain system from the kitchen.

Technicians Demitri and Laz were outstanding — knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. They were upfront and transparent with pricing from the beginning, clearly explaining the scope and cost of replacing the original iron stack and the upstairs bathroom fixture replacements, so there were no surprises.
