I can always count on the Advanced Plumbing team to have great service. From calling to book an appointment (very happy when a company still uses human beings to answer their phones and speak with customers - I hope this will continue.)And the wonderful plumbers and apprentices that are learning on the job, always very nice people and very efficient with doing their job. Ian came to do the latest work for me. He was very nice, work was done fast and I hope I get him again for my next job, when it comes up.

Advance Plumbing and Drains have an amazing team! Our water heater stopped working and despite our efforts we could not figure out the problem. George and Laz were able to spot the trouble quickly and had us fixed up the same day. We have needed to call on them before, the team has always provided service that is exceptional and professional, helpful, respectful and courteous. We will absolutely call on them again if needed and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you so much!!

Highly recommend Advanced Plumbing. This is my second time using them, and once again the experience was excellent.

Laz came by to investigate a leak and was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Within about 10-15 minutes, he was able to identify exactly where the leak was coming from, something I hadn’t been able to figure out myself. He clearly walked me through the issue and the quote before proceeding with the repair.

Once the job was finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly. Laz reviewed the repair with me, answered all my questions, and even took the extra time to help explain another plumbing question I had about the house.

Great service from start to finish. Advanced Plumbing was able to schedule me in right away, and I’ll definitely continue using them in the future. Highly recommend Laz and the entire team!

I highly recommend Aman F. He is efficient, thorough and professional from start to finish. He completed the work promptly, left the area spotless and took the time to explain what he had done. He also gave me helpful tips on how to avoid future plumbing problems and unnecessary service calls, which I appreciated. Its refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest and genuinely cares about helping the customer.

We had an emergency situation when our main drain burst in the basement, and Advanced Plumbing truly came to the rescue. From the moment we called, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful time.

Their team arrived quickly, assessed the situation with confidence, and got to work right away. What really stood out was their expertise and efficiency; they clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they handled everything with care and precision. They also took the time to explain the issue and the repair process, which we really appreciated.

Not only did they fix the problem promptly, but they also made sure everything was cleaned up afterward, leaving our basement and lawn in great shape considering the circumstances. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, speed, and genuine customer care so well. They were also so helpful in assisting with reimbursements from the city that we were eligible for.

We’re extremely grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Advanced Plumbing to anyone dealing with plumbing issues—especially emergencies. Truly incredible service.

Laz was very thorough and did the job right with a somewhat complicated routing of the drain system from the kitchen.

We had an excellent experience with Advanced Plumbing from start to finish. From the first call to the office to arrange an assessment, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication.

Technicians Demitri and Laz were outstanding — knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. They were upfront and transparent with pricing from the beginning, clearly explaining the scope and cost of replacing the original iron stack and the upstairs bathroom fixture replacements, so there were no surprises. That level of honesty made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

They worked efficiently throughout the day, kept us informed as the work progressed, and took great care to bring our home back to normal — something we especially appreciated over the holiday season. At the end of the job, they walked us through the completed work to ensure we fully understood what was done and why.

Advanced Plumbing truly met and exceeded service standards and made what is typically a nerve-wracking experience — calling trades for emergency work — feel reassuring and well managed. I would strongly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
