BEWARE! JIFFY FRAUD! This shop is "fast" because they don't perform certain important "guaranteed" services!

Spare yourself money, time and aggravation. Have oil changes done at shops that actually perform services, as "guaranteed".

My first time there I used a local coupon, which represented the following services to be performed.

"HIGH PERFORMANCE WARRANTY OIL FILTER" Shortly after the oil change, my vehicle started to leak large amounts of oil (irreparably staining my driveway). I returned to this location and spoke with Shawn, who claimed no problem to exist. A few days later, the filter failed. At a Hyundai dealer, I was given documentation that the oil filter failed because Jiffy Lube had installed a SUB-STANDARD, UNAUTHORISED, CHEAP FILTER. I had to pay a diagnostic fee to the dealer, plus a fee for a legitimate oil change. OUT OF POCKET $109.73.

Other services "guaranteed" in the coupon, include:

chassis lubrication - NOT PERFORMED

24 point safety check - NOT PERFORMED.

On the invoices the following services were claimed:

interior vacuum - NOT PERFORMED

tire pressure - NOT PERFORMED

wash windows - NOT PERFORMED

Manager/owner Shawn does not deny that these services weren't performed, but he refuses to remedy the fraud.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP. STAY AWAY!, OR SOMEDAY YOU MAY JOIN ME IN WARNING OTHER TRUSTING CONSUMERS.

They are trained to rip you off in few steps! I hope you read this review and be prepared before going there.

Step 1. I showed the Teambuy coupon for an oil change. The owner Shawn told me right away that Teambuy's website is having issue and can't use the coupon. I asked him to write the code done and redeem it when the website issue resolved.

Step 2. They pointed out that the oil for my car is synthetic and the coupon doesn't cover it. I need to pay extra $49 for it. I called Nissan dealer and showed them the owner's menu that 5W30 is all it need. They refused to change the oil at the end to "protect" my car because their system called 0W20.

I understand that they don't make money of the coupon, but refuse to redeem the coupon against owner's menu and owner's decision is too much.

I complained to Mobil 1 1-800-567-ESSO (3776) and Teambuy about the issue. If you have the same experience, please make complain so consumer's right can be protected.

FYI. There are much more negative reviews about this place on Google.

I became acquainted with this facility via a Groupon voucher and was satisified initially, so continued to use their services on subsequent occasions. On my most recent visit, I was subjected to the the most appalling, rude, hostile treatment when I dared to challenge the attendant's assertion that my car "required" synthetic oil and that they would refuse to service the vehicle under any other circumstances (Both the owner's manual and dealer I purchased the vehicle from have confirmed that it does not require synthetic). I pointed out to him that that very facility had gladly performed my last few services with conventional oil-a fact he verifiied in their database. His response was that "somebody must have screwed up, then". He and a second attendant said that they can do the service with conventional oil, that "it's your car...I don't care what you do with it." Unsurprisingly, I choose to go elsewhere.

I'm not certain whether they were trying to (clumsily) attempting to manipulate me into using a more costly oil, if they were simply incompetent, or if they just couldn't be bothered to do any work and wanted rid of me (no other vehicle was in the facility, nor waiting in line for service at the time). Regardless, I would advise looking elsewhere. It's not even worth taking the chance on a Groupon deal.

I took my 2009 Suzuki there for 30K oil change. Despite being in line the tech took the car behind me first. Why? Coz it was an older car and he was looking to sell extra services. Well, when it was my turn, the tech had to nerve to sell me an engine flush knowing that I never missed an oil change and having every low k's. I also refused and he threw a hissy fit and walked away. Another man took over and finished the job. I paid $44.90 with tax. All I can say is this place is not like it was 2 years ago where the tech was honest and sincere. But for the cheap price, I may still go again.....who knows?

Had an oil change there and noticed a big patch (not a few drops) of oil on the floor the next day. Took the car back to Mobil for checking. The tech said it wasn't a loose drain plug, it was my transmission leaking fluid. He even showed me in the pit. So I took my car to my mechanic immediately (a 45 mins drive). After his inspection, he found out it wasn't the transmission leaking, it was a sloppy installation of the oil filter that caused the oil to come out and run down to the bottom of the engine. This is totally unacceptable for a shop that specialized in oil change, not to mention the cheap Fram filter. I will never go back again.

I was treated extremely well by the staff there. Chris was extremely knowledgeable when it came to my car's maintenance. I was using 10W30 in my car when I should have been using 5w20 from a $19.99 oil change place!

The manager, Robert, came over and made sure that everything was okay. Definitely better than okay, it was amazing!

Thank you, Robert and Chris, for making this into the best oil change I have had ever! I recommend anyone to go there!
