We have a Diamond Club membership which in itself is a great membership for the value. We have used Always Plumbing and Heating for a number of years now and the work they do is "worth its weight in gold". They have completed a number of jobs for us in our older home over the years and all of it has been excellent work!!!
We recently bought all new appliances (fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, hood fan) and needed some other work done. Earlier this year we needed a new hot water tank and it was done within a day. Very pleased. The upstairs bathroom shower never worked after it was redone in the 1970's (not by Always Plumbing and Heating). Darren Kingstree, who has been out to our house a number of times, fixed the shower!!! He installed new taps, a new shower head and it is now working beautifully. He put in a new kitchen tap, disconnected the old gas stove and reconnected the new one, hooked up new dishwasher and all done in a timely and courteous manner. I would recommend Darren and Always Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing and heating work done!!!! Darren is always meticulous with his work and always extremely pleasant and courteous and so easy to work with!!

On a Thursday night I called Always plumbing as my hot water tank was spewing water all over my basement. Christian arrived about an hour later, he was very professional and efficient. Within 3 hours of my initial call I had a new hot water tank installed. I will recommend Always plumbing to anyone who will listen. Great job!!!

I have been a customer of Always Plumbing and Heating for years now and they could easily have lowered their standard of excellence after so many years of great reviews. However, on the contrary, they are always striving to beat their previous accomplishments. Their customer service is second to none, their technicians are knowledgable and friendly and have absolutely no problem explaining what they will do in simple layman's terms.
I found a pool in my basement yesterday afternoon. I called Always and they gave me an appointment for this morning (thank you Angela!). Cameron E. stopped by and within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem (likely a drainage tube cracked or a coupling lose on the main pipe from the upstairs bathroom). I thought he was psychic because he cut the drywall mere inches away from where the problem was (with the settling of my old townhouse the pipe had come out of the coupling and was now too short).

On the coldest day of the year last January 2012, I woke up @ 4:45am(on a Tuedsay) to find that my furnace of less than a year was not working. I was frantic, my house was 50 degrees, I was on crutches & a senior, couldn't drive if I wanted too. I phoned four other placed to see if someone could come out and I was told the earliest was thursday or friday????? I called Always, and got Cindy out of bed, she called a commercial foreman who lived by me and asked him to stop on his way to work @ 6am. He didn't even have his tools, but I had most of what he needed to temporarily clean the flame sensor till one of the service men could pick up the part and come back. They couldn't find the part right away but kept coming and cleaning the part (so it would stay
on) till they found a new one, the same forman came and installed it on his way home...........Now that is above and beyond for service. I just had my furnace serviced for fall and bought a Diamond Plan, I am very happy with the service from this company and would recomend them to anyone.

It started with polite courtious telephone service, all my questions were answered and the service men arrived on time,clean and respectful.
The services and prices were explained before work commenced, and were completed with professional competence. The saftey inspection was a bonus, very professional.

In addition to the great service from Matt B, we liked the extra care and attention to detail that he displyed. He did the work as if he was doing it in his home so thank you for that. They called me back, came on time, were friendly, seemed knowledgeable, fixed the problem, admitted when they weren't sure what the problem was, provided environmentally friendly prevention product, did not charge an arm and a leg, and asked me 3 times for feedback on service. Another company quoted me $5000 for a "system" they could install to "fix the problem". These guys unclogged a drain and gave me product for under $300. It was a good experience!

Our hot water tank flooded part of the basement and when we phoned Always for service they responded within the hour. The two service technicians that came out were friendly, and very efficient. We were made aware of the Diamond Service program that will give us yearly inspections and lots of peace of mind. We will recommend Always Plumbing to all our friends.

We called Always Plumbing and Heating to address a few issues raised during a home inspection while selling our house. They were prompt to reply to my requests for a quote, and always friendly and helpful (both the office staff and the service technician who came to our place). The Service Tech was outstanding - he was very friendly, polite, and answered our questions in an easy to understand manner. He reviewed the items we needed repaired, and was honest enough to tell us that certain things didn't need anything done, instead of doing unnecessary work and charging us for it. I would have no hesitation about using them again, and would recommend them to our friends and family!!

Called about a plugged drain - came about 2 hours later - the time that they quoted me. Plumber stayed until he was sure it was unplugged and cleaned up area. He then looked at a leaky pipe and found it broken and replaced the pipes in a much more convenient way than they were, and again cleaned up the area. I was very pleased with their service.
