Do not store your belongings here!!! I paid over $400 dollars a month for an indoor unit because I thought my belongings would be safer. As many people have stated in the comments, they have a MAJOR mouse infestation. ALL of my belongings were COVERED in mouse urine and droppings. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. I had to spend many days going to my unit to disinfect what I could. Some of my belongings have been completely ruined. The icing on the cake was when I found a big nest made from furniture stuffing at the back of my unit. Please note, I kept my unit clean with NO food, and this still happened. This could easily happen to you too, if you choose to store your belongings here. Storageville has showed no interest in trying to rectify this situation, so all I can do is warn others about storing their belongings at their facility. Oh! They also pick and choose their pricing. I personally know someone who paid $100 dollars less for the same indoor unit that we both got at the same time. What a great way to run a business…. I wish I would have read the reviews and done my research before storing my belongings at Storageville. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

We went to our camper the other day, which was parked outside, and it seems that only people who rent indoor facilities are given easy access to their property. As you can see, we had to dig a path through a huge, frozen snowbank in the dark. They seem to have pushed the snow away from the indoor units toward the outdoor spots.

Also, I’ve had multiple negative interactions with one of the employees working here. I was trying to pay a small portion of the month to bring me to my billing date, and they wanted to charge me more than my full monthly fee until I noticed the amount on the debit machine. I was in somewhat of a rush, and the employee clearly didn't know what they were doing. They said it couldn’t be done, then went on to say they had just done the same thing for the last customer who came in. I ended up calling the main office to voice my concerns because not only did this person have no idea what they were doing, but when I suggested they call somebody for help, the employee got angry and rude.

I had a very worst experience with StorageVille Reenders. I had my enclosed cargo trailer parked in this facility for three years. My trailer got robbed three times in less than a year and the only thing the management can do is to help creating police report and hands off the issue.

As a customer I expect more from the management by solving directly the issue. Like, why the thief can easily cut the fence? and if that's the case, the management should consider re-doing the fence if they want to keep their customer.

Absolutely I won't recommend this storage for now

Rented out a space few months ago. Their computer keep on locking us out from the storage it says passcode invalid. Please don’t rent out a storage here. You can’t even access your own stuff and have to go to their office again and again.

Worst parking experience ever! Minus 100 stars
This is by far the worst place we’ve ever had to park our trailer. The service is absolutely horrendous, and Glenn we dealt with was extremely rude and borderline disrespectful.
In the winter, they plow the snow into massive piles on both sides, making it impossible to leave the parking lot with a trailer. If you’re heading to work with a trailer, forget it, you won’t be able to get out. When we tried to call for assistance, we were met with rude responses from Glenn, hung up on, and eventually blocked when we tried to follow up.
On top of that, we discovered a vandalism an attempt to break into our trailer while it was parked there. It’s strange and concerning, and it seems like the management, specifically Glenn, is oddly uninterested in resolving such issues. This is not an isolated incident, there are numerous other reviews from people mentioning thefts at this location, just read reviews.

I also want to point out his behavior, which was downright unprofessional and rude. This place is a disaster, and I highly recommend finding another parking lot for your trailer. And whoever will respond, do not refer to the fact that we didn't rent from you (like you do with other reviews), I have photos and all the documents.

The owner Glen is a liar and trys very hard to pretend there is no mouse problem. I have photos of empty lockers riddled with mise droppings. He told me he would refund my rental fees fpr 1 year and then lied and said he didnt say that.

One of the worst places to store your belongings. This company makes you sign a document saying they are not responsible for losses due to infestations. What they dont tell you is they have and continue to have a massive mouse infeatation.

They have mouse traps inside all empty lockers, there are mouse droppings in almost every locker, I had several dead mice in my locker, mouse droppings all over my belongings. They are a very poorly run company that only care about profit and hiding their problems.

Do not store your belongings here. If you do consider them a right off. They will be contaminated with mouse droppings.

Believe the reviews, this many people saying the same thing cant be wrong.

Unless you are looking for a rodent infestation, I suggest you look elsewhere. Glenn the poor excuse for an owner does nothing but talk in circles rather than address the issue at hand. He didn’t even have the courtesy to offer an apology.

In July 2023 we moved all of our belongings into a temperature controlled unit at StorageVille while we built our new home. We recently started to unpack our belongings from our storage unit, only to find that our storage unit had been inhabited by mice.
When we brought this issue to StorageVille’s attention, the lady we spoke to was very apologetic and ensured us that our concerns would be brought forward to the manager. During our initial discussions with the manager (Glenn), he was not apologetic at all, but did finally agree to refund half of our rental fees paid over the past year. Once we went through all our items, cleaned and removed them from StorageVille, we sent our notice to terminate our services and discuss the refund that was previously agreed upon. At this time, Glenn was adamant that there would be absolutely nothing done about this issue.
We trusted StorageVille to store our belongings safely. We have two young children and the entire contents of our home were compromised by a rodent infestation. We reached out to StorageVille's customer service, hoping for a resolution, compensation or at least an apology, but were met with indifference. It's clear that customer service and satisfaction is not their priority.
We're sharing our story to raise awareness and will be looking into more reliable storage options in the future, that prioritize cleanliness and care. I hope that no one else has to go through this kind of disgust and disappointment.

I had an alrite experience at this location. The heated storage lockers were good size and were always clean, staff was nice to deal with, took a while to return calls back via answering service, rates were on the higher. There was 1 time the door wouldn't open and let me out after the office closed (used another door to get out). Maybe faulty sensor to unlock that door? Snow cleaning around the building was hit/miss and made it difficult as there was only 1 lane to pass parked cars or if a moving truck was parked with snow piled all around and turning your car around was very difficult... suggestion would be to move snow to a back empty corner ?

Oh god they dont clean snow in their yard.. Specially front or back of parking spots they pile up snow so you can never get out.. Or showel snow from two three places to get out... Terrible service and their charges. They increse huge amount after every few months.... Just being there because couldn't find other fenced parking around.. 😟

Their service sucks. Specially in winter. They never cleared snow, instead of clearing the way they make huge wall wall of snow front of your vehicles.. So you keep trying to get out on yourself.you will if you are lucky..and.They charge 100s of dollar every month just for block heater service.

We had our camper broken into 2 times. The first time we notified the office they said others had been broken into as well. It happened again a second time and when we notified the office they didn't seem at all concerned. I thought perhaps "I'm sorry this happened again" but just an "Oh, do you know when this may have happened"? Since they are the ones with the camera, I would think they would know better than I. We are pulling our camper out as we can't afford another break in, and our insurance will just continue to go up with each claim.

I had the pleasure of touring the Reenders facility. I have to say they were very nice folks, explained everything very clearly, and the facilities were clean. The layout is easy to access while being very secure. Liked the wide hallways in the storage facilities.

Update after a year: There was a day when I had to cancel my unit, I called the office and a guy answered. I have just requested that I wanted to cancel my unit, he immediately said it has to be in written. The way he said it over the phone, he sounds arrogant or sounds like he doesn't want to be bothered. I understand there are these days that we are stressed out or something but it's not a good reason to be impolite to any other customers.
