Regarding the Wonderland & Southdale StorageMart in London Ontario, we’re pleased at how clean & dry our locker is, and the large indoor load/unload area is very helpful during bad weather. The loading bay has an assortment of carts & dollies, the ramp is smooth concrete, and the automatic sliding door is perfect. We also found “Paul” to be very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend this StorageMart outlet.

As someone who also works in the customer service field, I have to say that the service provided by the team at this storage Mart location is excellent! Paul and Beth were very helpful in the process of me moving from another facility and setting up my new locker. They helped me with understanding what options were best suited for my situation. The facility is always clean from the loading areas to the washrooms. If you need to rent a storage unit, this is the place!

I had a great experience with StorageMart at the Wonderland South & Southdale location in London, ON. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind storing my belongings.

Coming up to our 5 year anniversary at this location. What started out as a short term solution for downsizing, has led to a long term relationship because of how well this location is run.
Beth and her staff take great care to help clients. I'm still impressed that most staff behind the desk know me by name any time I walk in the door to ask a question (which is only once or twice a month).
Wide range of storage units available both indoors and out, and they will chat about options any time you need to downsize or upsize.
We needed drive up storage to keep our motorcycles, and this has been the perfect spot. The lot is very well maintained and easily accessible for thousands of people, like us, who live in condos or apartments within walking distance. They have helped us work through several logistical issues over the years as life changes and helped us find the best solution to our storage needs. Can't recommend this location enough.

Pro:
Place was clean and climate controlled. Staff was friendly.

Con:
We went there roughly 8 times over a 4 month period, and half the time we visited it smelled heavily of someone having smoked weed (basement level).
We got the ‘1 month free’ deal and the price we would be paying monthly (before tax) was $150. After 3 months, we received an email stating “… we periodically review and adjust our rates…” and our new rate would go up to $180 per month. That is a 20% increase.
Meanwhile, you can find the same sized units in this facility (and others in London), that have some type of a deal (ie. 50% off for 3 months, or 1st month free) and you only have to pay anywhere from $155 - $170 per month. There is nothing on any of their websites for that size unit that comes in at $180 or above per month.
It appears that there are no laws for these types of rental units that prevent these sudden and enormous price hikes. This practice should be illegal. These assessments should be done on an annual basis and should be tied to inflation.
My word of warning to those who choose to rent with StorageMart, make sure you have a backup plan for storing your stuff. Fortunately, we did and we got out as quickly as possible.

Very happy with the deal I got online for here. All the instructions this location provided to me were easy to follow and understand. We opted for A/C units with easy access & they were clean, had no issues with break-ins, damage, etc.

Staff are very helpful and kind and make sure instructions and contract is very clear. I have used them twice this year and have received a free month both times. The outside storage is secure and very easy to access. I am very happy with my whole experience with Storage Mart!

If you want to experience the epitome of customer service, do business with the Wonderland & Southdale StorageMart. I can’t think of a transaction that was made easier or more pleasant than renting here. Honestly, they had the best pricing but the customer service is what stands out. If you want to improve your own customer service, visit or try to hire Beth! She’s amazing!

Incredibly kind workers, super accommodating. Would recommend their service to anyone. Helpful on the phone and in person when we got there. They went put of there way to make sure we got what we needed. We had been to a bunch of other places the same day and this was the only place that was helpful.

The 'yearly' increase they have doesn't mean the price will go up in a year. They raise the cost of the unit whenever they want and call it yearly from what I was told when I called to question why I had had two increases if they were supposedly only yearly.

Gave it two stars because it was clean. Always very over fragrant with perfume air fresheners. The staff are kind at this location.
