What started with a small leak repair turned out to a full roof replacement. When I first called Louis he arrived quickly and did the job in a short window but took his time explaining the state of my roof. (A couple of years ago, we had another company repair our roof, had full faith they did a good job but Louis was quick to identify their many faults and cut corners)

He then gave us options, and went through the whole anatomy of the roofing system with me. He did not push or upsell, but simply listened to my concerns and gave his recommendations. He was nothing but honest.

I ended up hiring Unique roofing, and they were efficient, accommodating and professional throughout. I can’t explain how happy I am with the job they’ve completed and would recommend Louis and team to everyone.

Unique roofing has chosen the right name for their business. The business owner, Louis, is professional and very honest. He explains the whole process, the contract, and the warranty thoroughly before, during, and after the job is done. He takes pictures of all the stages of the job including, the removal, installation of the plywood, ice and water layers and the shingles and shares them with the property owner. He also takes drone pictures of the finished work. Home owners can fully trust this company as they do what they should according to the building/roof codes and provide you with proof. The first four pictures show the roof done by a dishonest, unprofessional roofer in 2018, which caused a lot of leaking and a damaged attic. Unique roofing did an excellent clean-up after the roof was done.We are very satisfied with the job done and recommend their services.

Louis provided exceptional service from start to finish. He used a drone starting from the initial quote, and his attention to detail is what really stuck out. He provided photo updates throughout the entire process, which really provided peace of mind that I choose the right guy/company to get the job done. When he said he'll be the first up and last off the roof, he wasn't lying. Thanks again Louis for a great job done!
