My life has gotten much easier since I allowed Korecki to manage my properties in Vancouver. I have been watching every single one of them since, and none of them has done worse since the transition. I don’t know why these guys are so good, but whatever they do is working.

I just can’t get over how great it feels to not have to deal with tentants anymore. I never imagined that my job could be just collecting a portion of the rent as pure profit and not having to deal with paying all the expenses and chasing all the debts. I love it.

I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy working with a property management company, but so far Korecki has seriously impressed me. Everything seems to be working so much more efficiently than ever before. I think I’ll be working with them for a long time.

A few tenants were moving out after their lease expired and I was not looking forward to doing room inspections. As long as there are no gaping holes in the walls I’m a bit lost as to if and how much I should charge tenants. Korecki takes care of that for me by running a full inspection and, once everything is totaled up, collecting the checks for me.

My tenants are quite happy that I signed up with Korecki Real Estate. I do my best to take care of all of their needs but I’m only one man. Korecki handles any client issues quickly and with discretion, only contacting me in the case of an emergency.
