Korecki has really proven their worth to me since I took them on to handle my property management last September. They are particularly good at handling tenant problems. I used to spend almost all my time handling disputes, and they seem to have completely cleared up.

I feel like I’m getting better tenants since Korecki Real Estate started to handle my properties. I was not great at picking good tenants, and had a lot of issues with payments being late. Those issues have stopped in the months since Korecki started picking the newest tenants.

It is quite clear to me that my tenants enjoy working with Korecki more than they ever enjoyed working with me, but I don’t mind at all. As long as everything keeps running smoothly, I’m happy with the fact that I don’t have face time with my “customers” anymore.

Korecki is one of the most orderly strata management firms I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They were brought in to replace another property management company, and you’d think they’d been running things the entire time.

I love the Vancouver area. I own many properties in the area, but it is hard to manage all of them. I rely on the expertise of Korecki, their strata management takes care of what typically was my day-to-day operations. I would recommend Korecki to all investors in the Vancouver area.

One of my tenants had a small emergency pop up while I was out of town. Thankfully, as I was with Korecki Real Estate, they handled the problem immediately. That gives both me, and my tenants, a great sense of comfort.

I was trying to unload a property that had proven less then profitable but was having issues with the lousy real estate market. Korecki Real Estate Services Inc. helped me perform inspection to ensure that everything was ship-shape and then, with very little time, managed to sell my property for a very tidy profit.
