In the past we have always dreaded making bed purchases, but Michael made the process not only easy but enjoyable. He was patient and attentive to our questions and spent the time to understand what we were looking for and offered a great selection to choose from without the usual 'high-pressure sales tactics'.
The delivery and installation crew were courteous, friendly, and respectful while efficiently setting up and installing our new beds.

Purchasing and/ or asking advice or support from Adjustable Bed Plus is just as satisfying as their products. We met Michael a few years ago, when we ordered our first adjustable bed and mattress, and it has been an unbelievable great experience. From trying the different options, getting expert advice, having a perfect delivery, to getting support over the years (we moved, and the movers broke and engine; Michael sent his own people to troubleshoot the issue and they promptly got the part and repair the bed; later, we asked them to move the bed to another room and it was done promptly and perfectly). Our latest experience was getting a second bed and a couple of mattresses; again, we enjoyed perfect advice, very reasonable prices, and excellent delivery.

Buying, scheduling and taking delivery on our new king-sized box spring and mattress has been unexpectedly enjoyable and informative. Michael was most helpful, polite and patient in explaining the pros and cons of each model we considered. From him we learned about factors we had never imagined in selecting both traditional and adjustable beds , and therefore we felt confident in our eventual choice. We were given lots of time to try out various models in the showroom. John and Keith were expert, professional and courteous in scheduling, delivering, and setting up the new set; and in maneuvering the old set out of a complicated space and removing it .They even helped put new glides on our old bed frame. And it was all done ahead of schedule! We are so happy with the firmness, comfort and support of our new bed.

Amid the pandemic crisis my Mom had to deal with some health challenges that limited her mobility and ease of comfort. As a result, we made the decision to purchase an adjustable bed and a recliner. I did a lot of research before choosing Adjustable Beds Plus - all the reviews are true. Michael took the time to understand the issues we were trying to solve with the beds and mattresses and went the extra mile to ensure we chose the right ones. Delivery of the mattresses was delayed due to COVID-19 but he kept in touch and delivered as soon as they arrived.
