I joined flynn a little over a week ago for their 100 day challenge. I have never felt more welcome and comfortable in a gym before. Andrew and his team are amazing, taking the time to learn everyones name, getting a 'hey how's it goin today' the second you walk into the gym. And always checking up to see how everything is going. Always looking forward to going to the gym now, Love it!!!!

Joined the gym a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it. Andrew gets to know all the memebers and says hi all the time. The trainers are really nice & are always available to answer any questions. I always felt judged at other gyms, but not here. I'm telling everyone I know about Flynn Fitness :)

This gym and personal training facility is compact, convenient and laid back. I always feel good walking in and out of this gym. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and kind. It certainly is a great place to feel good !
