I brought my car in today to get a spark plug change and spark plug leads. I always bring my car to Humberview VW and they have always been fantastic. I feel ripped off because over the phone I was told the price would be $619 and I agreed to that. When I arrived the pricing was $875. Whenever service people from Oakville VW and Humberview VW call me - they tell me the TOTAL price. I won't be returning for service nor sales to Downtown VW. I also asked to get a quote for how much my car could sell for if I wanted to trade it in, and was not notified. Very unhappy. Plus I have never spent this much on spark plugs or leads before and I have had a BMW in the past.

I purchased a used Honda CRV recently. Eirag Yad was professional and thorough during negotiations. It was a win win for both of us! I would highly recommend him for a sincere and helpful partnership.

I picked up my 2015 Honda Fit on July 23, 2015. Almost 2 weeks later when it finally rained, the car was completely covered with etched water spots on the glass, paint and plastic. You could not put a baby finger on any part of the vehicle without a spot. Also, the paint was losing it's gloss and looking flat. I took it to the service department and they spent 2 days detailing it. I picked it up looking the same way it did when I first purchased it. A day later when it rained, it was again covered completely with water spots. Again I left the car with the service department for 4 days. When I picked up the vehicle the car was completely detailed again. I asked them to spray water on the car to see if it was fixed. When they saw that it was doing the same thing again, they told me that I would have to dry it every time it got wet. On the 2nd detailing job, they put something on the windows to stop the water spots. When I put the car in the sun and looked at the windshield on an angle, I could see hundreds of water spots in the glass but not on the surface. When the stuff wears off the windshield, I will again have hundreds of spots on the windshield that obstruct my night view. I was told that the car came directly from Honda and was not on their lot. Later after investigating I found out that the car was on the lot since February 2015. The dealership is under construction and something corrosive must have caused etched water marks all over the vehicle. The dealership is dishonest and crooked for covering up damage to a new vehicle. I asked Honda Canada to escalate the complaint and have an engineer look at the vehicle, but they say they can't because the service department is telling them that nothing is wrong with the vehicle. The dealership does not want Honda Canada's engineer to see the damage on the vehicle since it would put fault on the dealership. They examined my new car and said that two of the doors are repainted. When I picked up the vehicle, I pointed out little holes on the door paint to Mario (service manager). He told me that when they are painting it at the factory, little grains of dust get under the paint. I believed him, because Simon Dai, (sales person) told me that if my car was damaged, they would have to disclose it. I have been lied to by almost every person at this dealership.

This is the best dealership I have ever had so far. The people there were courteous and knowledgeable. They know what’s going on and will tell you the way it is, not try to sell you something you don’t actually need. I appreciate that they explain in a way I’ll understand, without too many complicated technical terms. For me, the work was excellent with a reasonable price and reliable. Thanks Vince for your great customer service. I would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend Downtown Honda for buying or servicing your car.

I had a great experience here buying a Honda Civic with a reasonable price!I love this car so much. The dealer David Yuan is a really nice person and he was so helpful and patient. He helped me to pink a really nice car. His Sales Manager Wyson is a nice person with a good attitude also. They are super friendly person, which is the reason why I chose this dealership instead of others. Thanks again

was lucky enough to deal with leasing manager Emilio deirectly, who has been representing Honda products for some time. He provided me with all the options and and once i decided which model works the best for me, just to make sure, he took me on very impressive test drive that really gave me a chance to feel and appreciate the new Honda Accord. And once we came back he provided me with a deal that i could't refuse, while maintaining his professionalism and easy non pushy approach. I will recommend his service to absolutely everyone. Though based on my experience at other dealerships i was a bit nervous when I came in, but he made this car buying experience absolutely easy and fun.

I purchased a used Honda CRV, with the excellent help of Massud. Massud was quickly able to to provide me with all the answers to any questions I had. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I agree with the previous reviewer in that the location of this dealership is excellent for test drives. It is also easily accessible by ttc or car. Although this dealership is small, the quality of inventory, and customer service is not. A pleasure, buying here!
