I have used the Roto Static method of cleaning rugs over the years. It is very good, not having to deal with wet rugs for a long period of time, limited, if any odour and is a very effective cleaning method for rugs.

I am very impressed by the person and service of this location. He was timely in his arrival and the length of time to complete the job. A deep vacuumning was done, followed by cleaning, spot cleaning in soiled areas and another cleaning over the area. The final "rake" to bring up the rug pile, completed the job!!

I will highly recommend this location to get your rugs cleaned. My rugs are clean, and the whole place feels fresher for it!

Jiri has great customer service and the quality of cleaning has been exceptional! Our office carpet was so dirty from years of winter slush, mud, and general dirt and after the cleaning the carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend Jiri as it has been an all around great experience.

We had a red wine accident on our beige carpet. Guests were coming in the evening.
Jiri gave me instructions over the phone on how to treat the mess and he came later in the afternoon to thoroughly clean it. He did an amazing job. The carpet dried and looked great I was so impressed with his courteous mannerism and fantastic cleaning job on the carpet. Family relatives asked if we replaced our carpet for the holidays. Highly recommend Jiri from Rotostatic..
