Apple storage juntion has failed to deliver on my reservation not once but twice. The first time I showed up with a uhaul full of stuff to find a pad lock on my unit. No one around. No answer at head office. A shrug from the security gaurd. I was forced to scramble and find alternative storage. After water appeared on the floor of that unit I decided to give them another try. I made sure to book my appointment during buisness hours. And asked several times if someone would be present. I was assured it was only Sundays they were closed. The day before the move they contacted me to let me know no one would be around AGAIN. When I protest and explained the situation they tried to blame me for the error. This Abdul guys is a real jerk. I will never go back.

Been in 3 diferent storages in the area before finding Apple, and oh god what a diference.
I'm not locked out if I need anytjing after 10pm, my hands won't freeze in winter just coming to look for my stuff, there plenty of light everywhere and super clean, plus I got to rent an unit in the new wing of the second floor so everything is new and shiny.
But what makes it the best is the costumer service, Abdul really takes the time to listen to your needs, to show you the best units that could satisfy them and always with the best mood and smile.

I'm sure this will be the place where i conduct business for a very long time, also hoping one day to rent an office and have all in the same place :)

While I can’t comment on their storage services, I can speak to their role as landlords of this commercial property — and it’s been an absolute nightmare. For over a year, tenants have been dealing with persistent and unresolved technical issues: malfunctioning fire alarms, unreliable security systems, and doors that frequently stop working. Despite countless complaints, the problems continue with no clear resolution in sight.

This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s disruptive. The lack of accountability and basic building management has made it incredibly difficult to run a business here. If you’re considering leasing office space at this location, think very carefully. I’ve been patient long enough, but enough is enough. This experience absolutely warrants a 1-star review.

Charged my credit card without permission on date I moved out. The only day I gave that credit card information was the final payment, which I made over the phone to give notice.

I had never arranged prepaid charges.

Fortunately I automatically record phone conversations, and my credit card refunded my money, but the manager of this site is very shady and untrustworthy.

Claimed I was a day late moving my stuff out. Spoke on that day in person several times and never told me it was a day late or that there was a charge. Was just throwing out garbage.

Corporate phone number told me also that they need permission to charge my account and he just did it anyways on his own.

Avoid at all costs. Fraudulant charges that take time to challenge.

I rented a locker from these guys for a year. I also bought packing materials from them as well. I can not say enough good things about them! They are a pleasure to deal with and I always felt like my belongings were safe. Highly Recommend!

Ive had a locker here for just over a year. Seasonal stuff at home in condo is just nuts so the smaller unit was perfect. A few nighrs ago i figured ill pyt the christmas sruff away at night no line up for others there at all. Lugging the tree up and down the hall i notic a door half open and feet. Thinking toronto c.s.i. i grab my cell and click a shot after asjing hey you alright, did you fall?
Amazed this guy was snoring like a chainsaw with heaps of stuff around and under him. Are people allowed to live and sleep in there? I mean the bathrooms are amazing clean and the area is bright and secure but...i dont want homeless sleeping there and the mess causing bugs or worse.
He didnt wake or stir once in nearly two hours. The sound was funny but the though of someone living ther was not.. the shot is blurey but you can see his face..
I dont want to start a problem as my cond mate and i have things there but we didnt think this was possible.. i will see if i hear anything when i go back next week.

I was a customer from March 2022 - October 2024 and was renting the smallest available storage locker on the third floor.

1. When I started to rent the locker the price was $146 the price is now $188. $42 price increase in two years.

2. READ THE FINE PRINT -I was paying from the 6th to the 6th of each month. I terminated my locker on the 13th and they give 0 refund for any days I wont be using it. So you have to cancel your contract at the exact end of your billing cycle or get charged for nothing! I've rented lockers at two other places, this is the only place that has this policy.

3.The elevators were ALWAYS broken, so taking the stairs to the third floor was always a hassle. Or if I did take the only working elevator I had to go to the adjacent building and walk through a lengthy maze of lockers to reach mine.

3. It wasn't always easy to find a dolly.

4. The spring in the locker I rented was broken once and I couldn't open the door to reach what I needed. It took them over a week to fix the locker and I never got compensated. SO I paid but I could't even access my locker lol where is the policy on that one lol

5. Parking. Sometimes impossible to find during the day, so you have to park on a side street and walk to the unit. Carrying your things down the sidewalk .

Good points - The building is always clean, the coded doors always worked well, staff are friendly and its open 24/7. It was always best to go late at night to grab what you needed past 11pm.
