Contacted Sean the day after my wife fell out of bed and hit her head on the night table .She suffered 21stitches and the bedroom looked like a murder scene as blood was
everywear and my attempts at cleaning were useless.

It took 2 visits for the team to return everything to normal and thank you all for your professionalism and job well done

Sean, Tom and Gord are a stellar team! Consistency in service is extremely important to me. Having used the London office of Roto-Static (now closed) I was hoping the superior cleaning quality I had in the past would be evident with the St.Thomas office. Sean proved all assurances true. Again, my carpets were cleaned with their unique combination of low water use and friendly products. This rendered my high carpets close to dry and stain free when they left. So glad I found you!!!

Roto-Static has provided me with carpet cleaning services for many years, and before that for my mother. They have always done a very good job. Gord and Tom did my carpets a couple of weeks ago. First off Sean, his team of Tom and Gord are amazing. Very friendly and quite professional. We have slate in our kitchen dining area that hasn’t been deeply cleaned since we built the home 20 years ago. I noticed that the grout was now black, but supposed to be light in colour! Over the years I got a bit lazy from trying to steal the force every six months which allowed dirt to penetrate into the grout. A few months ago Sean popped over to test small area to ensure his product would not hurt to slate, but effectively remove the dirt in the grout lines. It definitely did and I scheduled the service this week as he required hoses to lead out to the truck and the door open. Within two hours, I had a brand new looking floor which I sealed myself later that evening. I definitely will not be waiting that long to get them cleaned like that again or maybe I will actually stay on top of stealing my floors this time LOL. Have attached a few before and after photos as well as some half sealed photos and the final photo. I highly recommend their services and will be bringing them back to clean by one level of carpet in the coming months. Thanks again. A+++

Hands down the best guys around! Not only did they do an amazing job but the guy who was here (Greg I think is his name) went above and beyond for me!!! He explained everything he was doing, he took into consideration that my newborn was home while cleaning the vents, he cleaned up any mess he made, he was very detail oriented, friendly and did an amazing job making sure the job got done perfectly!
