Sentinel Storage on Laurel St Vancouver has been the easiest storage experience I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is through the roof. Kelly & Shannon are a pleasure doing business with and Larry keeps me welcomed on the weekend. 5 stars for sure.

Exactly what you should expect from a climate controlled storage facility. Its very clean, well lit, and secure. Easy to access with dolly supplied. For the money great value. Highly recommend this. There are so many storage companies out there. Stick with Sentinel.

I needed a place to store my furniture and household items, and a friend recommended Sentinel Storage. The Vancouver location on Laurel Street is only about a 15-minute drive from my home, which is very convenient. I was also lucky to get a promotional rate that was about a quarter of the regular price — such a great deal!

The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. The facility is clean, dry, and well organized, and the layout makes loading and unloading very convenient. The management is also very well run, so I feel confident that my belongings are safe.

Access hours are flexible, which makes things very convenient for customers. This is my first time using a storage service, and I’m very happy that I chose Sentinel Storage. Thank you to all the staff at the 8866 Laurel location for your help and support!

Rocio who helped me through the entire process was honestly the best part. She was helpful, kind, straightforward, efficient and she even accomodated me for checking in to my storage unit after their office hours. I was lucky I got a promotion and in the short time I had used the unit, I could say that it was clean, trolleys were plentiful, and had no issues with parking. Definitely recommend this location for anyone needing a storage unit in the area.

I had a good experience using Sentinel Storage to keep my items while living out of province. Very handy location for me living out of town (reasonably close to airport), reasonable fee, 24/7 access that was easy, felt safe and secure, and I was able to cancel when I no longer needed storage with no issue at all. Very good service, I’ll definitely use them again if I need another storage unit.

I booked a unit, upon arrival I was told it was flooded and they gave me a smaller and cheaper one. Also nobody warned units had no locks and you have to pay $20+ for it. The unit price also didn't include the mandatory insurance and who knows what their $25 admin fee was. And last but not least, they messed up with documents and they have a payment system from the stone age. A true pro client approach. I give 3 starts just for getting my stuff undamaged and for their responses when called or emailed.

Incredible service. I was in a rush to get my storage unit, and the owner was very attentive to my needs and able to help both me and another customer simultaneously so I could catch my flight. The check-out process was simple too, and the owner personally walked me to my unit to ensure everything was as it should be. I would absolutely recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone in Vancouver who needs short or long term storage options.

I highly recommend the Sentinel Storage facilities in Vancouver because I've used them to store my mother's apartment furniture when she died in 2017 and found their services very professional. I used them again on February 18, 2025, to store things from my garage and they assigned me a unit where everything just fitted. They were extremely accommodating, friendly and courteous.

I was planning to come to British Columbia from another province and needed an outdoor parking space and an indoor storage unit for three months. After chatting online with the company assistant, they gave me the final price (of course, this number changed in the email they sent), but they told me that there was a $25 administration fee that I had to pay, and I agreed until they announced: I have to read my card details to them over the phone and they will make the payment.... This was the first time a company has made such an unreasonable and wrong request from me. I told them to email me the invoice so I could pay it and create it on the website, and they still refused and said that I have to pay the $25 either over the phone or in person. I hope the company management changes this wrong procedure so that I can use their services.
