We live on Vancouver Island and wanted a vehicle that they had on the lot. We were trading in our Camaro. They didn't make us go to the mainland to pick up the vehicle, but instead they sent Steve to drop it off and take our car back. They didn't ask for any extra money for the ferry cost both ways. Steve noticed on his way here that there was clunk in the engine and told us to take it to be checked out and repaired. It turned out to be almost $1000.00 to fix and within a few hours of sending them the bill we got the money back for the repairs. Everyone was so helpful and awesome to deal with. We were a little freaked out by buying a vehicle remotely without even seeing it, but they put our minds at ease and everything went very smoothly. Thank you Milani Norman. You Rock!!!!!

Just got our Lincoln and did a trade in and it was the easiest transaction we have ever done. We travelled over 7 hours and Eli patiently waited for us and we were in and out and on the road in a flash - just that easy . We got a Very fair deal even though I had a hard time saying goodbye to my H3. Within in a short amount of time I was settled in to my beautiful new vehicle - The best part is we felt comfortable for our long journey home in a well maintained Lincoln . We felt comforted knowing we had great tires to get through our snow storms. Yes Eli no more tears of leaving my faithful H 3 as I now have a new baby and only a huge smile and gratitude for making our experience very easy. VERY VERY easy especially across the province . Buyers from where ever you are it will be worth the drive even in a snow storm . So big thank you to Eli for making it happen and to Bob for all his effort and to the Insurance guy for staying late and getting us in and out in record time . We will recommend you to others in this remote area and we will be back when it is time again. Thank you.... Everyone Especially Eli. We bought a truck from Milani and Norman 3 weeks ago. We bought the extra warrant and all. Needless to say we have the truck in our local shop and have a bill over $2000.00 to make it drivable. The warranty company will pay $95.00 of the bill. They said it was mechanically sound and no problems, they said they had it all checked over by their mechanics. I think their mechanics must be bakers or something, they are not mechanics. WARNING- staff are great till they have your money, they are shysters, BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT buy from this business.

Recently bought an Acura MDX from MilaniNorman in Langley and I am more than pleased with this vehicle. My wife traded in her beetle for ford escape , first we found out they payed us well under value on the trade in . then they sold her a suv that was problems from day one , but she bought a bumper to bumper warranty for $2800 to have sense of security as the salesman sold her on. for months we have tried to get them to fix it returning several times only to be charged hundreds of dollars for shop time. finally where told timing chain was going and engine needed to be taken apart for this $3000 dollar job. Since we bought the bumper to bumper warranty we just wanted them to fix this lemon they sold her . for weeks now they have failed to call us back or answer our calls last we heard the warranty company ( global ) were not calling them back and they will call us when they do , that was four weeks ago and we cant get dealer on phone , leaving messages with no response . Its my opinion they would sell anything to make a buck including useless warranty's . Stay away from these crooks or you will be sorry .

My son bought his first car from Milani's in Coquitlam. The car itself is in pretty good shape but they were not truthful on several accounts. They only provided a valet key to the car and lied about how much it would cost to replace ($30 as opposed to $300), inaccurately indicated that the tires had about 70% tread when they were bald, they promised to follow through on other matters and did not. My son's first car buying experience was poor and we will not recommend this dealership to anyone. In all, he had to put in over $1500 in added expenses that they neither identified or misled us.

We just bought an 2005 Saturn SUV from Milani Norman in Coquitlam. I had been looking for just over a month and went online to input all the criteria that I wanted in our vehicle. They were among three dealerships to pop up, with the vehicle that I was looking for, however; they had the price that was in my budget and that's the one I went with. So long story short, would I deal with Milani Norman in Coquitlam again, the answer is a resounding yes! Back in 2012 i needed to upgrade my truck and found exactly what I was looking for at milani Norman.We had a salesman named Dan who helped us each step of the way to choose from there many makes and models.He was very professional and helpful in picking our 2007 ford 150 .Two years later still have had no problem with my vehicle and we're looking for a SUV .First place I looked was Milani Norman because the first great experience we had.I am proud to say once again they nailed it,!!Were so impressed. Just when I thought great service was an endangered value wavering on the verge of extinction, The good people at Milani proved not every dealership is the same. I can honestly say I have been a pain in their you know what. My first purchase from them was an 08 Mazda Tribute (great vehicle) we love this lil SUV. Their price was fantastic and financing was easy. I recently purchased anther vehicle from them, an 02 jetta tdi. Now here is where their service really shined. I paid cash which normally makes things easier. However, in my case I had already withdrawn my daily and weekly limits to purchase the car and was unable to withdraw more money for insurance. To make a long story short they waited after hours so I could take the car home that night. Then, I ran into some minor issues within a couple days. I say minor now, but at that moment in time I believed them catastrophic. They went above and beyond to help me. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. They fixed my car right away, replacing parts with no cost to me and treated me in a much better manner then I did them. To anyone looking for a new
Vehicle I would strongly recommend that you come here first. If they don't have what you want, consider seeing if they can find it for you. You won't find better service anywhere else!
I will definitely be back again.
