I've recently had to take my Chrysler 200 in for a new TIPM. I spoke with Braden and let him know what was happening, and he kindly informed me that that part is no longer made for my vehicle, but that they could get a used one that had a guarantee on it. The part took quite a while to get to the shop, which was in no way their fault, and the whole time they kept me up to date and communicated the whole way through. A week later my car was running like new again, and it was even cleaned inside to boot! Needless to say I was extremely happy with my service there, and will continue to do business with them. Thank you for your fantastic customer service from start to finish. ☺️

Shortly after posting my initial review, management from Pioneer Chrysler Jeep reached out directly to address our concerns. They promptly booked my father in for servicing and replaced the defective HVAC/blower motor parts. The vehicle is now running perfectly and the issue is completely resolved. While the initial post-sale communication was frustrating, I genuinely appreciate that the dealership took this seriously, stepped up, and took the necessary action to make things right for my dad.

I helped my elderly father purchase a used 2017 Nissan Rogue from Pioneer Chrysler Jeep in Mission at the end of April, and unfortunately, our post-sale experience has been incredibly disappointing.
While the vehicle generally runs great, the HVAC/blower motor started showing issues just three days after taking it home. After having the car for a few weeks, I narrowed down the issue: it consistently acts up after the vehicle has been running for 5 to 10 minutes from a cold start.
I initially contacted our salesperson after the weekend passed and only having the vehicle for 4, who was understanding and asked management if we could bring it back in, acknowledging that it was likely a pre-existing issue that went undiagnosed during their inspection. Instead of making it right, management completely declined to look at the vehicle and simply told me that I 'should have purchased the warranty.'
I asked the manager to call me directly to discuss the situation, but I was completely ghosted and haven't heard back from them since. Now, we are left spending out of pocket to have the issue diagnosed and fixed on our own.
While I visited a handful of other dealerships under the Pioneer name across the Lower Mainland and thought they were great, I would absolutely not recommend buying a vehicle from this specific Mission location. Once you drive off the lot, they want nothing to do with you.

Out of all the dealerships iv been to.. this one is #1 in my books for customer service! Not only their servic team is amazing , but Kary M(the gm) went above and beyond to help me out. If I could put 10 stars in would... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pioneer mission.

We purchased long distance after seeing an ad for the vehicle on Facebook. Rohan, the salesman, did a fantastic job of providing information and images on the Jeep ensuring we knew exactly what we would be getting. If anything he undersold how good this Jeep is. Rohan arranged for the delivery and the vehicle arrived without incident. (Shout out to Doug and Rick on delivery). We got a great deal on a great used Jeep JK.

Bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from them back in July. Was told it was their accountants and that it was in a minor accident which has been repaired . We were fine with that. As it drove sound and looked good. I asked for a copy of the repairs for our records FOUR TIMES. Recieved nothing. Ran a carfax and discovered the jeep had been a rental car and we were never told. Have found a few things broken on the passanger front door that was not checked or repaired now im paying for it as its not covered by warantee as we cant prove it was the dealer or rental place that damaged it. Wasnt me as im the only one in the vehicle and its the passanger door locks and window switch that are broken. They do NOT tell you everything and NOR do they go over their vehicles before selling. NOT impressed!! Especially with the price I paid there should be nothing broken on a 1 year old car. DO BETTER BOYS!!

Response to owner: my last name is Devers, our dealership representative was originally Victor but he was sick so his friend and coworker handled it all for him. His name was Jordan. Now they were both very personable and pleasant, however the lack of information and reveals on This particular jeep are a big red flag to me. And now the bills that are coming with it. This door repair is close to 400.00 that Comox valley Dodge is doing for us.
