With a new baby on the way and a crazy toddler, we were in need of a carpet runner for the stairs to ensure safety. Having just gone through a main floor reno, budgets were tight and the last thing my husband wanted to do was spend more money on the house. But we needed something and I didn't want to sacrifice on quality and style. Michelle was amazing, she came to our house with some many samples, spent the time and helped us out with colours, and patterns. It was an overall design consultation. She knows her stuff! The end result was a beautiful stair runner, which makes our whole entrance way look like a million bucks! Thank you to Michelle and her team for making this happen for us, and finding us a stylish high quality carpet while working within our budget. She even surprised us with a cute little dog dish rug because she probably noticed the ugly towel we were using. Thank you Michelle!!!

Direct Carpet installed carpet in our basement, and stairs leading to it today. The also removed and disposed of the previous laminate flooring we had. I contacted them on Monday and it was installed by Wednesday! We couldn't be happier with the service, product, professionalism and work ethic that they provided us! Michelle was very helpful with choosing what was best for our lifestyle, and we were impressed of the cleanliness the men maintained through the whole process. We would recommend them to everyone.

I have to tell you I have never been as pleased with a company as I am with Direct Carpet. Michelle came to my home to give me an estimate and she was not only very professional but extremely friendly and caring....I had just lost my Mom less then 2 weeks before and Michelle was a God send to me.
Just a couple of days later Mike and his crew came to my home to install the new carpet and underpad and again the most professional ...nicest..amazing people ever!! The work that they did was impeccable and superb!!
I forgot to tell you the price that Michelle gave me blew me away....was way under any other company!! I am more then happy with my whole experience and thank Michelle....Mike and his crew and all of Direct Carpet with my whole heart!!

we recently had carpet installed by direct carpet and were very pleased with the results. the carpet was installed quickly and professionally by two expert installers. the old carpet was ripped out and taken away immediately . the price was fair and we were very happy with the work done. we would hire this company again and recommend them to our friends. mark and nancy chandler jan. 24 2016
