We had a new carpet installed from Direct Carpet in Hamilton and we are very satisfied with the service, the installation and Michelle who came to measure and show different carpets so we could choose; she suggested according to the wall colors and furniture... very nice people I met during the process: Gina, Michelle and the installers. All were very friendly and helpful; I recommend this company to anyone needing help with their project.
