My experience with Access Storage was seamless Crystal the assistant manager is a friend and an awesome person very friendly , she’s all smiles and never makes you feel uncomfortable. Nadine is also a lovely person always kind and friendly. I would easily give them 10 stars, but I’m only allowed to give five. Most friendly and knowledgeable staff! Mother has been with Access storage off and on for years and the girls there have always been helpful and smiling! Always ready to help! Would recommend them every time! Also having a way to pay online makes things super easy! Go to them for all your storage needs!!

What a positive, cost effective experience. The facilities are spotless and professional. Crystal and April only added to the stars! Both helpful and professional. They are to be commended also for their non-profit involvement in the Point Edward Garage Sale activities. Very simple easy and efficient booking process as well as being able to access my storage locker. The store manager was wonderful and answered all my questions . Truthfully the most stress free booking for storage ive used so far. Not to mention the 4 week free promo that took away the financial burden of having to pay 100s of dollars to store my things for a few weeks . I will refer everyone to this company.

Just want to give credit and a big THANK YOU, to the girls at the 301 Front st, Point Edward location.

Recently had an issue importing into the USA and these 2 went above and beyond to help me out in a time of crisis. They help and understanding made a very terrible and possibly very costly issue a lot easier.

Great location, facility and service. We used Access on a short-term basis to store our son's college belongings over the summer. Ended up needing a bigger unit and the switch was immediate and simple. Easy entry process, clean unit. Super happy with the overall experience, would return and highly recommend.

Access storage is amazing. I had a lady named Crystal help me and she is just wonderful. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and empathetic and funny. She doesn't rush you and isn't just about a sale or money side of a business. It's a very clean storage facility and well maintained. Very reasonable pricing. I would recommend to anyone.

Courteous, friendly, accommodating! Needed a locker on the last day of the month & after hours. Everyone went over and above to contact me and contact all levels of management so that I wasn't stuck with a house full of belongings sitting on the curb due to having to return my moving truck! Thank you Access, providing me with HALF the normal monthly fees & your level of service provided will not only keep my business, it has made me recommend you to everyone in need of storage. UPDATE: they do not have rodent boxes anywhere! Wish I would have noticed this before I rented a unit, everything I had stored is now either chewed or covered in mouse poo! Most items are destroyed & cannot be salvaged.

Being fairly new to Sarnia it’s hard to find not only things you need but places that are trustworthy. Well. Access storage is. Outstanding customer service. Answered all our questions and we got only what we needed. Nothing more nothing less We needed a place for our mother’s car for a few months and got exactly what we needed. Very much appreciated and recommending for any storage large or small.
