Purchased a few collars from this company over the years and decided to purchase a hands-free leash in the fall last year. Recently the spring for the clip broke, resulting in my puppy getting off leash. When I reached out to the company I received a prompt response asking for pictures and details. However, now the company will not respond to my inquiry about a replacement part for the leash. I would not recommend their product and would recommend sticking with a larger company.

Good people behind a great product. I own 4 collars and a couple of leashes for my two dogs and they have lasted years. We had an issue with one collar and it was replaced immediately. Awesome local small business run by genuine people.

Unprofessional business. I drove 30 mins to their location in Vaughan. Only to find put the moved .call a few times bo answer .
