I am extremely disappointed with my experience at PetSmart. God knows what happened during my dog's visit, but she came back completely traumatized and was shaking. As a pet owner, trusting someone with your dog is a big deal, and seeing her in that condition was heartbreaking. There was no explanation that justified her distress. I would strongly recommend that management look into how pets are being handled and improve communication with pet parents. I won't be returning after this experience.

I’ve going to this location for many years and I’ve never had a problem till recently. I went there some time last week and I noticed that this skinny white lady a chubby white man came from an office so I am assuming they’re managers because they weren’t wearing uniforms. I was trying to buy a betta fish and they both looked at me and walked passed me. No problem!! I was still looking at the fishes and finally someone came up to me ask asked me
If I needed help She was NOT WHITE 👀 I said yes I do. While she was helping me same white manager man came and told her they needed her to the cash. I then said so who’s going to help 🤷🏽‍♀️ she said she’s gonna get someone 👀 she went over to the white man and said she needs help Alllllllllllllllll now he hasn’t came over and help me. I said to myself ok cool and walked out. Yesterday my daughter went there to buy the same fish I wasn’t able to get and she came Home telling me that Petsmart suck she think the people in there is racist I said why what happened. Keep in mind I didn’t say anything to my kids about my experience. She then says she asked for help and nobody came to help her till 15 mins and the store wasn’t busy. Some white lady kept looking at her but no coming over to help her. Not sure what’s going on in that store lately. If they have new management that don’t like coloured people but yall need to fix up. Nobody of color trying to steal yall fishes or dogs or whatever animals yall have in there. You guys aren’t friendly people only the groomers have a smile. Do BETTER!!!!!! This location use to be good now yall just suck as human beings. It take nothing to put a smile on your face and be friendly to your customers and ACTUALLY HELP. Not sure if management think there bigger than the Program and can’t help customers out when they need help or at least get help for the customers. Long story short YALL SUCK.

serena was my cashier and oh my what a breath of fresh air! she asked if i downloaded the app for points and i told her i didn’t even know about an app! i ended up getting 5 dollars off my order and saved $30 for my next purchase! she’s truly a gem!!

I went at this location to pet a fish but when i entered there was a strong odour that can’t be ignored. I understand it’s pet’s mart but the odour was awful and too strong. Secondly, I pet a betta fish from here but the person who helped us was not much interested in sales or so. I was simply showing him the fish color, as price depends upon the color, and he said i don’t need to shake it. I found it very strange. If the goal is to make sales, I believe a more helpful and welcoming attitude would make a big difference.

We are very disappointed, especially as loyal PetSmart customers for the past three years. This was our first time visiting the airport branch, as we usually go to the Quarry Edge location. Unfortunately, this branch was extremely unhygienic—there was pet urine on the floor that was not cleaned for hours.
Regarding the grooming salon, the grooming was not done properly at all. Our pet looks almost exactly the same as before the appointment. Her beard still appears dirty and untrimmed. While she smells reasonably okay, the overall grooming quality was very poor; it looked like nothing was done.
The customer service itself was good, and the staff were polite. However, due to the hygiene issues and poor grooming quality, we would not recommend to anyone visiting this particular branch.

I had a great experience here. Went for a hamsters, left with a hamster and a bearded dragon. The rep George was knowledgeable, patient and kind from beginning to end. He answered all 100+ questions we had and was very gentle and understanding with the kids. I left fully prepared and knew what steps I needed to take in order to care for our new family, because of all the information he left us with.

My kids are happy with their choices and I'm happy with the level of care and service.

Unfortunately, I’m not happy with the grooming service. I explained the haircut style clearly, but it was not done as requested and had no proper shape. The bath was also poorly done, and the ears were not cleaned. I had to re-bathe my dog at home. This was not the quality I expected.

This PetSmart location is huge and offers everything your pet needs. Full disclosure, I don’t have enough pets to review the entire store, as I only have cats. But in the cat section alone, there are so many different brands and varieties of cat food, cat litter, cat toys, and so on, that it’s almost difficult to choose just one. If you have a dog… same scenario except now you can also add a selection of costumes and beds for them to enjoy, if that’s your thing. Basically if you need it… they have it.
Prices are... well, prices are high on everything these days. That said, I expect they do their best to keep the prices as low as they can.

First time in a pet store, in Quebec it doesn't exist! Very big and clean. I really liked the aquarium system, usually the employees go around the back and catch the fish, whereas in this one everything was at their disposal in front of the customer. Another thing I really liked was the cat display, the little information cards on cats were very relevant. They also have a large grooming salon, several products to offer to customers and the employees were friendly!
