The shop is clean and products are stocked. They sell small pets like rats, hamsters, and fish. Also it's great that they have an adoption area where you can see the cats ready to be adopted.

Nice customer service, good prices and a good selection of fish tanks and fishes. It seems to me,that they do take good care of the fishes and reptiles they have in store. Which is very important when adding a new fish friend into a tank.

I went to this PetSmart earlier today (Thursday, March 26, 2026) around 2pm to complete some Instacart orders. I was helped by Claudia and Tianna. Claudia went out of her way, while busy with her own tasks, to help me find majority of the items that I needed. I was sure to let her know that was well and capable to complete the orders on my own, but she insisted on helping me. While cashing out, Tianna, who also was busy, was very friendly and welcoming. Her patience with me and my 3 separate orders were simply amazing. Both Tianna and Claudia went truly above and beyond to help me and I hope this review reaches both of them and management. Because of their customer service I will go out of my way to go to this specific PetSmart for all my pet needs. And I recommend everyone reading this does the same! 10/10

I’ve brought my two cats in multiple times for a bath and grooming session. Angelina and Chelsie always take care of them, and are absolutely amazing everytime. They are so sweet with our cats and even took some videos for us so we could see how funny they looked during the process. They truly handle our furry friends with care, and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to book a grooming for your cats :)

Recently my experience at PetSmart Eglinton was not as great as usual. I wanted to make a return and was a few days late on their 60 day return policy. No exception was made despite the holiday closures.

Generally helpful and friendly staff. They greeted my dog with open arms and helped with my harness selection. The male trainer also spent time discussing my rescue dog situation. He was kind and offered me guidance. It was much appreciated.

I booked my puppy here for her grooming for the first time as I usually go to another place. I was very iffy after hearing horror stories about Petsmart’s grooming. However, I booked with Chelsie and from the time I walked in with my puppy and saw how she was treating the dogs she was currently grooming, I knew my puppy was in good hands. She’s so sweet and gentle with the dogs and was so welcoming to my puppy. I was very satisfied with how she groomed my puppy and I definitely will be going back to her! If you go to this location for your grooming I definitely recommend her.

Took a while to receive assistance, and was met with some less-than-courteous, entitled customers - however, that's a reflection of the area, not the business. When I did receive some help finding a product, the staff member was polite, efficient, and even had to go to the back to find it, but find it they did.
So, maybe came at an unlucky time close to lunch, or maybe I lucked out by finding the right employee. Either way, I wouldn't hold it terribly against and would still return and recommend.

They are always busy they move very quickly, always friendly. I never see them sitting down and not working.
I love to promote special events. I also love my elf and this is what I put on my f/b Page to remind people how important it is to donate on these occasions.
