Another company told me the unit needed to be replaced, but the technician from this company, Elnur Ismayilov, said the system was still very good and could be repaired. He fixed the issue instead of recommending an unnecessary replacement. Elnur is a very experienced technician, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his honesty and quality of work.
