DO NOT USE THE VACUUMS AT DASH IN - NEW CASTLE, DE

They will not put a sign up to disclose they are not working properly and this business will not refund your money.

Bad business when they are well aware the machinery is not inoperable and out of order.

On Saturday, March 21st, 2026 @ 10:15 am I got gas and paid for a car wash. After the wash, I proceeded to obtain vacuum service that costs $3 but when I placed the hose into my car their was nothing.

No power or strength to suck anything into the hose. I placed my hand on the suction cup and nothing.

I proceeded to check if there was another button or something to illustrate the problem and of course there was nothing at all.

I went into the Dash In store to follow up and CiCi, the Dash In Clerk stated it is an outside vendor that I would have to report the complaint.

There should be someone that comes out on a regular basis to check and make sure these machines are operating properly. Until the machine is fixed, please place a sign to reflect it is not working.

I’ve never encountered a car wash experience bad enough to write a review. If it was terrible and cheap okay, you get what you pay for, this was expensive and trash. I paid for the highest service and have received much more for much less. Then get to the vacuum to pay extra money and that doesn’t work. Just close it down

Was not a good service, paid for basic but I was forced to buy the upgrade since the no thank you button didn’t work. Every button worked except that one and I am disappointed. If you can’t actually use the basic don’t list it and only include the ones with the higher prices

I read the only review which was a year ago and the complaint was the top of the car not getting washed. I thought in a year they would have fixed it. But no! The hood, roof and trunk of my car were not touched. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! $17 down the drain.

Waste of money. Paid $15 for their max service. Car wasn’t cleaned and the top bristles that go over the car doesn’t spin. Does absoultely nothing to clean your wheels/tires also.
