This is my first time buying a car and must say that the experience went from great to amazing and unforgettable. From the very first moment I met with Juan C. he was very friendly, detailed in his explanation about the process and took his time to respond to any of my questions. I've choosen the car within a day and the Financing part with JC (the finance manager) went so smooth and she was super friendly and nice. I got approved and in and out with a new car within 30 minutes. Great service, super friendly people all over and easy to deal. Highly recommending to go and get your vehicle from Volvo Cars North Miami. The deal I got it was difficult to say 'no'. JC and Juan, one of a kind.

The whole team provided outstanding customer service, and I’m happy to say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

I had a great experience at Volvo North Miami. This is my second car leasing with Volvo, and one of the main reasons I came back is the level of service and overall experience.

I was taken care of by Daniel Arregoitia, and the process was truly seamless from start to finish. He was very attentive, consistently involved, and extremely diligent throughout. He made sure everything went smoothly while also working hard to get me the best possible deal.

The service at the dealership is excellent, and the quality of Volvo cars speaks for itself—I absolutely love them. Overall, I’m very happy with the dealership and my experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

A special thanks to Juan who was a great pleasure to work with. He was transparent and informative. Not to mention pleasant. I wish all experiences went the way it did with him. He even cleaned up my license plate that I brought in myself without me asking. He didn't just go an extra mile, he went TEN extra miles! Javier was also patient with my questions and the sales manager, Marlin, worked with me as well to make me an offer that I was comfortable with and we could all agree on. 6 out 5 stars!
