Highly recommend Pleasant Air, Hampstead, NC. Our AC broke last night (during a severe heat wave). Called and left a message, they called back the next morning, 8:30am and said they would try to get out today, but were very busy. At 12:00pm DeAndre (Tech) showed up, he replaced a broken part and was out the door at 12:20pm. House is already cooling down!! Very professional from the people handling the phone calls to DeAndre. Reasonably priced as well considering the heat wave and being their busiest time of the year. Thank you DeAndre and Pleasant Air, we are very appreciative of your help and will call you in the future.

Had a great experience with Pleasant Air on install of new system. From the start with Manny and George down to the install team of David Wms and Brison. They were very professional, courteous and punctual. Thanks for the good work.

I was told by a competitor that I needed a new fan motor estimated at $1400. Pleasant Air came out after normal hours to give me a second opinion and found that the capacitor was not wired correctly. They saved me money and I have now found a trust worthy business and I am a customer for life!

Completely satisfied with Pleasant Air. Got a new HVAC system and duct work installed. Technicians David Wiiliams and Brison Y were great. Work done efficiently and answered all questions. Explained how it all worked. Would definitely recommend Pleasant Air.
