When you're ready to experience how living, plant-based nutrients can transform your energy and vitality, Lifeforce Growers delivers the freshest microgreens and wheatgrass straight from our Amherst greenhouse to your door in Somerville. We've built our entire operation around one simple truth: your body knows exactly what to do with nutrients when they're alive, fresh, and grown with care.

I am a holistic personal chef specializing in weight loss and food allergies. I make being healthy fun with my healthy junk food style. I take all of your favorite foods and tweak ingredients so that they're still healthy but taste great!
