Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) serves as the Consumer Directed Employer (CDE) for Washington’s Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). As the CDE, we employ Individual Providers (IP) who provide in-home personal care and respite for older adults, children, and individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.
