Dr. Neha Srinivasan is a board-certified optometrist who provides care in pre- and post-operative care, glaucoma, retina, and ocular emergencies. After graduating with honors from the University of Houston, she completed an ocular disease residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Srinivasan is now eager to call a new area of the country home.

Dr. Sierra Tisdelle is an optometrist dedicated to providing high-quality eye care, with special interests in glaucoma, retinal disease, neurologic eye disease, and ocular manifestations of systemic disease. She attended the Indiana University School of Optometry. During her training, Dr. Tisdelle completed clinical internships in ocular disease, primary care, low vision, pediatrics, specialty contact lenses, and dry eye care.

Dr. Heather Ashley was born and raised in Abingdon, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. After graduating, she began working as an optometric technician, which is how she developed her passion for eye care.
