Dr. Skaggs has more than 30 years of experience practicing internal medicine. Even though her specialty is internal medicine, she has a strong interest in preventive care, which allows a proactive approach to avoid problems rather than reacting to complications afterwards.

Dr. Duncan has been with Optum for more than 20 years. Personally, he enjoys skiing, camping, and golf. Dr. Duncan earned an Army ROTC scholarship, a National Merit scholarship, and served as Chief of Internal Medicine and Chief of ICU during his military career.

Dr. Philip joined our team in 2020. When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys travel, camping, nature walks, reading, self-help, music, cozy time with family and friends.

Dr. Bell's special interests include heart disease and diabetes management and he has served as the primary investigator for clinical trials in treating hypertension and osteoporosis. He is a 1976 Thomas J. Watson Fellow. Dr. Bell was born and raised in New York. His hobbies include athletics and piano.

When Sue is not seeing patients, she enjoys quilting, hiking and attending blues concerts.
