Three Rivers Physical Therapy provides physical therapy, sports therapy, and dry needling to the Four Corners area of NM.

La Mesa Wellness offers physical therapy in addition to chiropractic care. The goal of physical therapy is to provide drug-free relief from pain and to help improve your quality of life. This is done by using a combination of manual therapy (i.e. massage, scraping, cupping, trigger point release), exercise, and other modalities (i.e. TENS, electrical stimulation, mechanical traction).
