Cedarwood assisted living is Fairbury's first and only licensed assisted living. Cedarwood's mission is to provide the highest quality of hospitality, services, activities, security, companionship and freedom to tenants in a caring and loving environment they are proud to call home. We provide our tenants with independence, and help when they need it.

Jefferson Community Health & Life Gardenside is a 40-bed long-term care facility providing short-term rehabilitation services for those who have had injury or illness and a home for those who can no longer remain in their own homes. Gardenside offers skilled nursing services. It is a 5-Star facility as designated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
