My philosophy of care is rooted in taking care of the person as a whole - body, mind and spirt. I believe every patient deserves individualized, evidence-based care that motivates and empowers them to live a healthy life.

My approach to care is always empowering individuals to work on lifestyle modifications, and incorporate specific nutrition to help with specific needs. In addition to meeting my patient’s where they are at with their own health care goals as well.

I listen to patients and address their concerns in a compassionate and thorough way. I also communicate a plan of care, so patients understand fully why we are doing testing, bloodwork, medications, or other treatments. Finally, I always clarify any questions or other concerns before a patient leaves the office.

I love to work as a partner with my patients - each of us giving input and each helping the other to make decisions about care.

I believe it is important to truly listen to patients' concerns and to engage them to participate in their own health and treatment.
