Great service form Fadi Kouz and Karine we bought our second car from them ...great customer service before and after the purchase they did inquire about our purchase then they did find what we need and they made this purchase a great experience for us ..Fadi sold us the car and Karine finalized all the paper work ..best car dealer in Montreal area.

0 rating for customer service. Rude, arrogant, condescending woman at reception desk.. Unhelpful even after realizing they had sent me a recall for a car I haven't owned and was returned to them over 3 years ago!
Their administration sucks! There is no communication between departments, nothing is ready on time, do not respect appointment times, etc.......
Sales is great but go elsewhere for service!

After shopping for a 2014 Elantra I had almost signed with another dealer but my wife wanted to drop by just to make sure...thank God we did they beat the deal we had and most important I felt appreciated and the level of service and attention was amazing
I highly recommend them and the general manager Fadi Kouz I believe leads the way!

By far, Hyundai President is the best car dealer I’ve dealt with. I leased the new 2011 Elantra for 60 months. I’m very happy because it is not as greedy as my old car was. I received good advices and reliable services. I’m grateful to Hyundai President’s team!

I give them a zero for customer service. They make all kinds of promises to get you to sign a lease or make a purchase then don't deliver. Make sure you get everything from them in writing -- they are thieves and liars.

I leased a 2003 Sonata from them for 48 months. Curiously... after the 20,000 KM warranty on the brakes expired I had lots of problems with the brakes...spent close to $2,000 on them even with a bumper to bumper warranty. It does not matter what warranty you have...they don't apply to brakes after 20,000 KM. I found that their service advisers were not sincere and typically handed me large repair estimates with a smile - I had some of these repair bills examined by an independant mechanic who suggested they were "heavily padded " ...the advisers are obviously renumerated on commission to !

If you're in West Montreal you may want to consider Ulsan Hyundai on Hymus near Sources or Vaudreuil Hyundai near St-Charles.
