Walked in, no one greeted me. Stayed inside for at least 7-10 minutes without being greeted. I watched as another customer came in and was IMMEDIATELY greeted with words and by being approached AT THE DOOR. I nicely asked the next worker that came to the table I sat at who was doing NOTHING if someone could help me. He replies in a nasty tone, “when someone is available they will.” I softly said “okay.” Another 7-10minutes goes by as I watch the same worker do nothing & stare out the front door windows. So I decided to leave and go to another location and the same man opens the door and says have a nice day and proceeded to window watch.
Please teach your employees at least how to greet customers and proper manners. The other location was way more helpful and kind. Have a blessed day.

THIS is the place to go to resolve dystopian issues with your Verizon service!

For years, I've been locked out of my account (one-time payment every month!) because I forgot my pin. The employee on the phone said I had to reset it in person, the employee at the nearest store said I had to go to a different type of store, etc etc, etc. At one point, a store employee had even tried to send me back to the phone line.

The buck stopped at THIS store! Yes, it's the correct type of store...and it also has the perfect employee! Briana took ownership of the situation and fixed so many layers of issues with such a steady, reassuring vibe that I feel she should be a surgeon instead!

This store on north military highway were very, very helpful. Especially Lee, who helped me out with an iPhone. I take care of a gentleman, who is bed ridden and had to bring his phone out to make sure it was hooked up right and get a screen saver, and she took care of everything, it was beautiful! I can't think her enough for her kindness and you don't always get that every day. And I had gone to another Verizon store that wasn't so nice. So this one definitely worth coming out here for and would come back again.

AVIOD THIS LOCATION!! I went into this Verizon store to open a new account and purchase products. Instead of a straightforward service experience, I was questioned and quizzed on why I was opening an account and who I intended to purchase products for.

The questioning felt unnecessary, intrusive, and made me uncomfortable. I understand basic verification questions, but this went beyond what was required to provide service and came across as interrogative rather than helpful.

Because of this, the experience felt unprofessional and discouraging. Customers should not feel judged or pressured to justify their personal purchasing decisions when seeking service.

After being told I would need to call a number for further assistance, I was told to have a nice day and left the store. A few minutes later, the employee came outside and approached my vehicle, asking if I wanted to come back inside for further assistance. Given that it had already been made clear that they were not going to assist me further, this interaction felt confusing and uncomfortable.

Overall, the experience did not feel professional or welcoming. I hope this location reviews how customer interactions are handled, especially when it comes to limiting questions to what is actually necessary and respecting personal boundaries.

My family and I had a great experience here. Our sales rep was very patient with my folks so my mom could upgrade her phone that fit her needs perfectly. The rep also helped us understand our bill and what my sibling could do to minimize data usage. The rep was friendly, personable, and made sure my folks felt 100% comfortable before making their final decisions.

Shoutout to Tim who was the one that helped us.

Definitely recommend this store of you ever need it.
