We’re on a family of 5 plan through Cricket service. Our cell phones were hacked causing so much stress as you can imagine having to shut down bank accounts etc. Daniel was so knowledgeable, funny, sweet & so kind to walk us through the process of what to do to keep our lines protected! Give this man a raise he deserves it!!!

Horrible Customer service. Very misleading they sold me a phone under false pretense and then refused to give me a refund. I spent hours and hours at this location and to mo avail still unable to get a refund. Finally since they couldn't refund me I asked them to unlock the phone and they said they couldn't. This is the worst phone company and the worst customer service ever.

In our several year's of using cricket we have always been very happy!!! We love how well our phone's have service even when traveling into other area's. Every time we go into the store we are treated so well. This week we went in and Dani did a outstanding job of communicating with us and then Daniel assisted some as well. Both were so respectful and considerate!! We would 10/10 recommend that store to anyone!!!

Unable to refund a charging block I had bought less than 24 hours before. Sold me the block for 70 same exact block on Amazon for 30 dollars. The worker was nice and super helpful wasn't there fault but the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was very much impressed by the customer service I received from Hannah. She was super nice, made great conversation & most importantly she made my purchase & overall experience a 10/10. I would come back just to talk to her again because that’s how comfortable she made me feel. Needless to say she does her job very well & has a way with customers. ❤️
