Carson and Jess went above and beyond to help me upgrade! I cant say enough positive things about them. Both are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Best customer service ever.

The Verison Hilltop corporate location experience I had today was absolutely stellar. I had some trouble shooting issues with my Samsung phone that needed addressing and they solved everything. Also took care of the Samsung messenger being discontinued by July 6 and the necessary switch to Google Messenger. After their tweaking here and there, my phone is working much better all around. Kudos to this Laskin Road location which is a little farther to drive for me but the closer independently owned location was entirety dismissive of my troubles yesterday, hence the trek to Hilltop. They have all my future business.

I have been A Verizon customer since Verizon bought Alltel..
Kathy St John has been my go to Verizon person no matter what location she has worked in. Her knowledge and great customer service is the reason I have also sent customers to her. Everyone I have sent has stayed and gone back many times! I’ve never had issues with service traveling to New York to Tennessee to Nebraska no matter where I’ve gone I’ve never not had great service!!

We had a great experience getting our one stop shop at this location. New phones, and Fios home internet setup. I recommend this Verizon store on Laskin Rd for their great attention to detail and professionalism. All the staff were engage, focus and happy to show up and show out by saving their customers a lot of money with great value at the same time. Thank you Verizon
