Worst place to buy tiles. People has to be very careful with their tiles and stone. I bought backsplash and porcelain tiles from them and Snow White backsplash turns yellow after putting it. I had break everything and put a new one and tiles broken within a month. Their customer service is so bad they treat us like animal. Please do not buy anything from them...please be careful..

WARNING: Store deals in bad faith, and does not make right their own mistakes. Do not trust them when they make reassurances about special orders meeting required specifications. They will lie, take your money for special order prepayment, then refuse to make it right when the order arrives hiding behind their No Returns on special orders policy even when the mistake was theirs.
We recently renovated our bathroom. Our contractor, and my wife went to the store and picked a tile out for the floor. As we were replacing very slick, glazed, wall tile which was dangerous we specifically needed rough textured floor tiles. They picked a tile from the "wall" of the store during a visit to select the tile we were going to use. My contractor returned, special ordered the tile with full prepayment, and he confirmed directly with the sales representative that the tile would be rough textures floor tile as he couldn't touch and confirm the surface type. The representative assured him it would be fine. Upon going back to pick up the order when it arrived he discovered slick, glazed, tile. Specifically what he confirmed we could not use with the sales rep. He was then informed that regardless of their act of bad faith the order could not be returned in any fashion, and he was stuck with the tile he had ordered.
I very much understand a policy of no returns on special orders for items like tile that are heavy and difficult to send back. Had the tile arrived and we decided we did not like the colour, or shape, or some other facet we were allowed to directly investigate before ordering I would not have a problem with the situation that occurred. Further if we my contractor had not DIRECTLY confirmed with the sales rep that the tile would have the texture we required and been assured it would be correct I would not have a problem accepting the tile. I do have a problem absorbing the cost for bad faith sales.

Visited Tile Shoppe on September 19th, 2020 and bought Bathroom Floor Tiles and Shower Base Floor Tiles. Joe was helpful and directed us to Maryam who helped us choose and find all the tiles that we required. We are very happy with the service and choice of tiles available. Thank you Joe and Maryam, there should be more people like the two of you. I will recommend Tile Shoppe to all my friends and will visit the store again. Also the prices are reasonable. I give it a 5 star rating.

This store also has a lot of options and displayed very cleanly which allows you envision the final look you're going for. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to do any type of renovations at your place.

I went in yesterday looking for tiles for my kitchen back splash. I was disappointed when Lenn told me it's completely out of stock and they can't get more in. I continued to look for another option and found one that I liked but didn't love like the original tile that was out of stock. It was then that I was fortunate that Lenn had left for the day and i got to deal with Sharon and Job. She said let me just check that number again, of the tile I loved, and sure enough, she found it in Toronto, and enough to cover my kitchen back splash.
Sharon and Job were extremely helpful and took the time to help me and answer my questions. Not sure why Lenn said it was out of stock. He was so sure of it that he went on to say that it was a one time purchase from China and it's sold out everywhere and they won't be getting more in.
Sharon and Job were very helpful and I would return for future tile purchases knowing the level of customer service they offer.

This location was recommended to me by my sister. Both Job and Sharon were extremely attentive and caring and helped me pick the right backsplash. My wife and I left Oshawa this morning on the advice of my bother in law to visit the Tile Shoppe. We were immediately greeted by one of your sales reps Lenn, as soon as we entered the store. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and orderly the store was. Lenn allowed us the time we needed to browse and then was there to help and guide us to make the best decisions within our budget. We were only there to browse and get ideas, but Lenn was so noligable and helpful. I pulled out the old wallet and bought just about everything we required for our project. We highly recommend the Tile Shoppe and while your there, ask for Lenn.

We came to Scarborough to purchase flooring and meet Len who was recommended to us by a friend .
Our friends were so pleased with Len we decided to drive down from up north to look at flooring.
He was so knowledgeable in the flooring and his color skills blew us away.
We purchased our flooring and accessories that Len recommended to us.
All we can say it was worth the drive to SCARBOROUGH.
